Nice expirience in Rome

Pros: It was clean and it was spacious, it was like shown on image. Comfortable apartment overall 10/10 for that

Cons: There were just couple of misunderatandings with host talking english and location was just kinda sketchy and thats it

Pros: The apartment was fantastic in every way – clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. However, we encountered a significant issue during our stay. The owner was not available when we needed urgent assistance. We had an emergency and couldn't reach the owner, which left us feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment itself is highly recommended, but it's crucial to ensure there is a reliable way to contact the owner in case of emergencies.

Mini monolocale ristrutturato e funzionale

Pros: Mini monolocale ristrutturato, con balcone, cucina attrezzata, frigo e un comodo divano letto. Tutto era pulito e a due passi dall’eclettica via del Pigneto. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e per qualsiasi dubbio o necessità ha risposto tramite WhatsApp in tempi rapidissimi. Le foto che trovate su Booking sono veritiere. Piccola nota: per entrare nel portone e nell’appartamento serve connessione a Internet. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, lo consiglio senza dubbio!

Super confortevole.

Pros: Struttura molto accogliente, tutto nuovo ristrutturato e arredato con gusto e soprattutto due bagni con due docce.

Cons: La posizione dell'appartamento è un po' fuori rispetto al centro di Roma, ma a due passi c'è la fermata della metro Pigneto con cui ci si può spostare dappertutto.Questa è l'unica pecca se così si può chiamare... Consigliato.

Pros: Property is really good and clean. It is really comfortable and great for 3-4 people. It has 2 balcony and 2 bathrooms.

Cons: The problem is opening door is over technologic and its unnecessary. If you dont have connection it would be impossible to get in the apartment. And the biggest problem is neighbourhood. I did not know anything about rome so I just check the map and choose the place. Yes public transportation is good but people are not. I dont recommend you to walk around that place at night. Full of strangers. Do not wanna be racist but they look dangerous and they are not italian definitely. Especially women should be careful.
