Merulana Suite Apartment

Excellent option close to the Colosseo!

Pros: Really nice staff. The apartment has a really good relation quality-price. Perfectly located close to Colosseo. At 500m from the Mazzoni subway station (Line A) and circa 700 from the Colosseo subway station. At the other hand, tram is running in Via Labicana. Quiet place. Impressive building and nice apartment.

Excellent place for a short stay in Tome. Hosts very responsive and great recommendations for restaurants.

Pros: Typical Roman apartment. Large enough for our party of 6. Very close to Colosseum and other major attractions. Also close to metro line to take you to Vatican etc.

Cons: Showers/bathrooms were a bit on the small side.

Beautiful apartments in an ideal location.

Pros: Location was ideal. You can see the colosseum from the apartment building. The apartments were very clean and spacious. The host was very friendly and explained everything well. We will be back :)

Great stay close to the Colosseum in a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment!!

Pros: Merulana Suite Apartment was a great location to visit the Colesseum; about a 10 minute walk. Numerous restaurants and bars were within 5 to 10 minutes away. There’s a coffee shop right next door that makes delicious coffee and pastries. The suite itself was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed and great shower! The host left wine, coffee, pasta and sauce as a welcome gift! The wifi here was super fast. We really loved our stay here and would defiantly stay here again if we ever get back to Rome!!

Pros: The hosts were communicative from a few weeks out. There was a representative to hand over the keys, acquaint us with the apartment and logistics around Rome, with some useful tips and recommendations. The apartment was clean and location was great, near to train and bus services, supermarkets and restaurants.

It was perfect

Pros: We were like 7 minutes walk from the colosseum and only 20 minutes to Termini station. It was perfect because i didn’t want to be too close to termini but also not too far. We were only 4 girls and in day time, there is a guard at the property and at night time only people from apartment can access the property fence with personal key so we felt very safe and the host was very welcome and helpful. He gave us a list of all the local food places and was always easy to ask questions

Pros: Good location for Colosseum. Bust stop right outside to head into other sites. Metro 5 min walk away, though bus was less chaotic! Comfy beds, clean, nice bathrooms, very friendly hosts giving good advice on restaurants (used 3 and 2 were really nice). Oganisised lifts to and from the airport, which was helpful. Beautiful entryway to the apartment building. Some welcome goodies left, and also toiletries provided too which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying here.. Relaible host and what we needed after being duped with other hosts in Rome before.

Cons: A little tired in bits but didn't bother us too much. Not a massive communal relaxing space but we weren't looking for that as we spent most of the time out of the apartment.

Perfect for couples

Pros: Fantastic Location with bus / tram routes almost directly outside. Views of the colosseum from outside the building. Amenities were as described and information provided about local restaurants/attractions were perfect.

We were made to feel so welcome and we couldn’t have been happier with our accommodation.

Pros: The location was great with the Colosseum and public transport so close. The communication from the team was exceptional from reaching out weeks before our departure to touch base to the day of our arrival. We were given a handover with where everything was nearby. The apartment was just so delightful, plenty of room and well appointed with a thoughtful welcome gift. Highly recommend 😍
