Turkey 🇹🇷

Pros: I think the location is great and considering the limited car access policy in Rome, you may access many significant locations within 10 to 25-minute walk.

Cons: We were surprised to see the whole entrance of the hotel was under construction and we were not informed of that. However, the rest of the story was acceptable.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Pros: Great location in Prati - all the main attractions are within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, quiet, very clean, with comfortable beds. The staff were really helpful and made us feel very welcome on arrival in Rome.

Cons: We opted out of breakfast, as felt that EUR20 per person was quite expensive. There are a number of lovely local bakeries nearby that we visited instead for our breakfast.

Pros: The best thing about staying at Le Meridien Visconti was the staff--each and every one of them was excellent: Francesco, who checked me in and Olga who checked me out and the lovely ladies who tried to help me find a cable to fit my cell phone! The doorman, who got us our daily taxis, was also wonderful, but I'm afraid didn't catch is name. The water station was also a good idea. There was bottled water in the room and then you could refill the bottles at the water station down the hall--still or sparkling.

Cons: I don't usually stay in such expensive hotels, but I was traveling with family and this is where they wanted to stay. I'm not complaining, it was worth the price, I just usually don't spend that much.

Location great to explore Rome , clean rooms, friendly staff - only check-in was not good experience

Pros: Location is great, staff was very friendly. Breakfast is average for this hotel category.

Cons: Check-in only at 3pm sharp possible (in line with their commitment, to be fair) but room was free at 10am already per the front desk. Not what I am used to from Intercontinental/Hilton in terms of customer service.

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Within walking distance of everything. Rooms very comfortable.

Pros: Efficiency of the staff from reception to restaurant. Reasonably large, clean and comfortable room. Restaurant on terrace, 7 floors, good atmosphere and quality drinks, wine.

Cons: The menu in the roof top restaurant has no hot meals, very limited in terms of the food.
