Casa Preziosa in Metro Piramide

Nice apartment in good location

Pros: We had a very nice stay at this apartment! It’s spacious, beautifully furnished, and located in a charming building that truly gives you a sense of how Romans live. The location is excellent—within walking distance of all the main attractions, yet far enough from the touristy areas to enjoy a more authentic experience. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, making it easy to find great places to eat nearby. Our host was incredibly friendly and provided us with some excellent restaurant recommendations. Getting to the apartment from the airport was super easy with the train.

Cons: Everything was nice :)

Pros: Very kind and friendly host who let us leave our luggage in the appartment before 3 p.m. and gave us some recommendations. The appartment is very spacious, located in a beautiful building in art deco style and very close to a bus station and 8 min. walking to metro station. The kitchen equipment was satysfying however some espresso cups and more tea spoons would be useful. Beds are very comfortable. Plus for an iron in the appartment.

Cons: The bathroom was renovated and in good condition however the shower could be better cleaned.

Pros: Very friendly and helping host, nice and spacy apartment, silent at night, close to bus stop, metro station and train station to airport and to the sea. Good local cafes and restaurants around.

Pros: Great place, Area and host that was available and helpful at all times

Good value for money

Pros: The property offered very good value for money and was close enough to the tourist attractions in Rome. Eleonora was extremely helpful and greeted us on a late arrival due to flight delays. She offered recommendations of good places to eat and places to see. We would stay again.

Cons: Nothing to dislike for our 3 night stay

Great appartement for a weekend in Rome

Pros: Great stay close to busstop and metro station. So easy access to the rest of the city.

Pros: It has everything you'd need, only a short distance from a metro to take you to all the main sites. Great host!

Cons: Nothing bad to say, great value for money

Pros: It was a large apartment with 2 rooms, which was really nice. it was in a decent spot pretty close to the train so it made it easy getting places quickly!

Cons: The area seemed a little sketchy. Didn't have any incidents though.

Pozytywne wrażenia z pobytu

Pros: Czyste nowe wygodne materace czyste ręczniki świeża pościel. Bardzo blisko do metra i sklepów kawiarni lodziarni pizzerie pod nosem. Przystanek autobusowy zaraz za drzwiami.

Cons: Niestety nie dało korzystać się z piekarnika bo oznaczenia z całej się wytarły. Przydała by się większą ilość naczyń do gotowania.

Pros: Location, spacious rooms, lift in the building, definitely will be back

Cons: No big mirror, only one in the bathroom, although I got one for the property
