Nice View in Ostiense with balcony

Pros: Excellent location with great proximity to public transport. The neighborhood is vibrant, featuring a variety of interesting cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep.

Pros: The location is awesome - many cafes/shops around, bus stop is almost across the road & about 10-15min walk to the closest train station. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is marvellous! And the host is very welcoming and communicative!

Pros: Great place, very nice for 3 people, quiet district, very well connected to the historic part.

Lovely view

Pros: The highlight is the balcony with a lovely view. The apartment itself is high quality and has everything you need. It's just steps from the bus and metro stations. Highly recommend – very happy with my stay.

Pros: The location is pretty nice, about 30 minutes walk to the center or to Trastevere. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment is decently sized. The kitchen has everything that you might need, also very nice balcony with a wonderful view of Rome.

Cons: There is a lot of noise from the street below even if the apartment is at the 9th floor. The window at the bathroom cannot be closed.

Pros: The location is great. Close to metro. There are also a bus stop nearby. Few restaurants and a grocery store just 1 to 3 minute away. Also view from the balcony is really nice.

Cons: Wish the sofa was a foldable sofa so that it would be more spacious. It's good for one short person but somebody taller would have some trouble sleeping on it. Therefore I would recommend the place to a couple.

Pros: La ubicación perfecta, cerca de metro, tren y bus. Tienes todo lo necesario, hasta una amplia terracita para desayunar muy a gusto. Fuimos 3 adultos y estuvimos muy conformes. El propietario, un encanto, estuvo pendiente en todo momento. La entrega de llaves sin problema. Calefacción, aire acondicionado... Cocina con todo lo necesario (aunque la cafetera era de tamaño individual y teníamos que hacer 3 para desayunar jejeje) Estuvimos una semana y, realmente, merece la pena. Repetiría sin duda

Pros: Locatie van de apartement. Ietsje buiten de historische centrum, maar wel op loop afstand.

Pros: Lägenheten var super bra. Man kände sig verkligen hemma. Det fanns mer än vad man önskade sig. Alla hem möbler och utrustningar fanns i den. Det fanns även livsmedel som te, cafe, salt peppar, matolja och mycket annat. I köket fanns det Alla utrustningar, stort kylskåp och frys, tvättmaskin brödrost och vattenkokare. Jag har varit i många länder och många hotell samt Lägenheter men aldrig bott på ett sådant super bra ställe. Mycket nära till bra restauranger och mat affärer samt turist ställe samt centrala Roma. Hyresvärdet var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi fick checka in 3 timmar tidigare och var på plats för att lämna nycklarna till oss. Kommer aldrig att på på något annat ställe än detta när jag åker till Roma på framtiden. Mycket nära till Metro och bussterminal , det tar bara några minuter promenad.
