Excellent stay

Pros: The apartment was really nice and spacious. The host was really welcoming and was there if we needed him.

Cons: The location was a little out of the center. But there is plenty of transport connections into the center of Rome.

Pros: We liked the hospitality and the location was close to the bus, metro station and shops.

Cons: For the light sleepers: not so quiet because is next to a busy street. For larger groups: be aware that you may run out of hot water and must wait for the boiler to heat up again.

Perfectly adequate as a comfortable base for Rome.

Pros: Whilst this is a good sized one bed apartment, suitable for a couple, a double bed has been set up in the living room to provide sleeping for up to 4 guests which seems to spoil the overall vibe. Aircon was an absolute must and worked perfectly.

Cons: difficult to use the living room as it had been set up as a bedroom. would have benefitted having a pull out bed. Bedroom balcony door didn't close fully so traffic noise could be a nuisance.

Pros: Close to the center and easy access to public transport. There were also a few good restaurants nearby and a mini supermarket next to the apartment.

Overall great stay and would recommend for the location and host

Pros: -location -host was friendly and helpful -apartment was well equipped and the host had left tea, coffee and other essentials

Cons: - shower had some issues (was low in pressure and ran out of warm water quickly) but the host was helpful in solving the issue partially - WiFi was a bit unstable but still usable

Pros: Nice cosy place with everything you need. Places to eat nearby, market, bus station just in front of the apartment.

Cons: Too much noise from the street and you need to sleep with the windows closed.

A good price and very convenient for one night

Pros: Well located near Ostiense Termini & close to restaurants, bars, supermarket and pharmacy. Very clean, big bedrooms and lots of nice little touches to enhance your stay. Manager was very friendly and helpful. So nice!

Cons: Low shower pressure & the air conditioner didn’t work. There is traffic noise from the busy street below, which required ear plugs to sleep and the lights in each bedroom don’t completely turn off - there is a faint glow at night. It should also be noted the apartment is on floor 7. It is serviced by a very small elevator, so if there were four ppl plus luggage, you’d need to make 2 trips.
