Pros: The room was really clean big enough for 4 people. Location is amazing and we had a nice small balcony with a view on a street and a big Mediterian pine three, which was really lovely. Termini station is close, so it conviniant to transport from and to airport plus anywhere in the city with metro and buses. Rome is felt the best if you walk and wonder thorugh its streets, while you look for famous monuments, and thankfully location of apartment is great so it will be 20-30min to everywhere. The manager, a lovely ‘signora’ that we met last day was so nice and helpful. Hope I helped!

Pros: Great location, still near the city centre but just far enough so you arent constantly in the tourist noise, or touristic attractions, which even outside of peak season are quite busy. Kind staff, you ask and they organize it. Room service everymorning, great to come back to clean room and made bed every afternoon. Very close to Roma Termini train station.

Cons: No cooking facilities, also not allowed to have food in the room. Constantly eating out is quite expensive. Our mattrasses were uneven meaning we had a double bed with two different mattrasses, one of which was hard and the other one was old and bumpy.

Good enough to staying few days

Pros: The location is quite good, just a few minutes walk from Termini metro station. The staff were also very polite and helpful.

Cons: The water pressure in the bathroom was low, and the drain wasn’t working properly. The plumbing needs to be replaced.

Pros: Lovely lady at the reception and the room was better than expected. For this price everything we needed and more.

A great place to stay on a budget.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff. A great stay on a budget. AC was great, especially with the heatwave during our stay! Private shower, and a good shower at that. Clean rooms, and clean towels/bedding during our stay.

Cons: A little dated, but this didn’t negatively affect our stay.

Pros: The staff was really nice. They let us leave our luggage before room check in. Room is exactly as in pictures, everything was clean. All in all, great value for your money!

Cons: Because you leave deposit, it can be a little bit of a hassle to meet someone from the staff later to get you deposit back. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything and everyone, but it didn't bother us too much, I'm writing in case it does bother someone else.

A pleasant place close to the main station

Pros: The room was very clean, cleaned daily. The towels were changed a few times during the week-long stay, along with the bed linens. An additional advantage was the shared fridge and kettle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location – close to the train station, with a supermarket nearby. The historic city center is about a 20/30-minute walk away.

Cons: At check-in, I was surprised that a deposit was required – I wasn't prepared for that. The walls in the rooms are very thin, so you can hear everything happening outside your room.

Pros: The room and sheets were clean. There was a minibar and a kettle for our use. The location was perfect. It takes only about 7 minutes to walk to the Roma Termini. There are also supermarkets nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. The staff is amicable and always ready to assist with everything. The building also has an elevator, so there were no difficulties moving our luggage.

Cons: The room requires repair, but overall it did not affect our pleasant stay there.

Pros: Location is great, only 5mins from Termini station. Staff was supernice, our toilet was leaking and someone came to fix it within 5mins. Room was simple but we had everything we needed and it got cleaned every day. But be careful and bring enough cash - city tax (7e per person per night) and refundable 50e deposit need to be paid by cash!

Pros: Lovely lady at the reception. She was so kind and helpful. The hotel itself was at a great location, with lots of restaurants nearby. It was kept clean everyday, which is nice.

Cons: Repainting rooms or baths could make them better. TV wasn't working.
