Pros: The location is excellent — very close to the railway station, which made our arrival and departure extremely convenient. At the same time, it was easy to explore the city from there. The staff were amazing: very friendly, always smiling, and ready to answer all our questions. We especially appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage for the day after check-out so we could enjoy walking around the city without carrying our bags. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed linen and towels were spotless, and all the necessary hygiene products were provided, including shower gel, shampoo, and soap. There was also complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch. Since we were traveling in winter, it was important for us to stay warm — and thankfully, the heating worked perfectly. The room was cozy and not cold at all. Check-in was quick and smooth, and overall everything was comfortable and well organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again!

Good location, good service, average setting

Pros: I liked the location mostly and the cleanliness and the staff’s attitude.

Cons: I didn’t like the setting of the hotel. You had to go to the 4th or 5th floor of a building to find a kind of flat which was separated in rooms en-suite rooms.

Pros: The hotel is very close to the railway station, and the transportation is very convenient. The staff will confirm the check-in time with us in advance and give us check-in guidelines. Our bathroom is independent and only for use, and the room and bathroom are cleaned every day. The experience is very good.

Pros: Everything was so convenient!! The district itself near the train station + metro+buses.. Lively neighbourhood with cafes and lovely restaurants. The room was super clean, warm and tidy (everyday cleaned and towels changed)! And for all this the responsible person - and the receptionist - is Kwasar THE person to help you. With a big smile and true kindness ready to advise you for everything. Do not hesitate to book!!!
