Pros: Great stay overall! The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent — very close to Termini Station, where two metro lines intersect, making it easy to get anywhere in Rome. Would definitely recommend. Very dedicated and responsive host — despite our late arrival due to a flight delay, he came within 10 minutes to let us in.

Cons: Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only minor downside was that it could be a bit noisy outside at times, as the property is located in the city center. However, this is quite understandable given the central location and wasn’t a major issue for us.

Pros: The woman who assisted us which I think is the owner was very welcoming and kind.

Pros: It's close to Roma Termini, and you can reach any bus to the city center within a 5-minute walk. The staff were very helpful and did their best to accommodate all our requests. We were also able to leave our luggage after check-out with no issues.

Cons: The only downside was the shower — it was a bit small, and the showerhead didn’t work very well.

Perfect value for money

Pros: The room is perfect for a short stay, offering everything you need for a comfortable visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. While it's a bit far from the city center (about a 30-minute walk), this wasn’t an issue for us, as we love exploring the town on foot. This was our third visit to Rome, and I can confidently say the location is strategic—just a 10-minute walk from Rome Termini Bus Station. Since we had an early bus to catch at 5 AM, the proximity was extremely convenient. A major bonus is its closeness to La Romana, one of the best gelato spots in town (if you know, you know! 😄). Stopping by for a sweet treat before heading back became a nightly ritual. Overall, this room is a great choice for couples on a budget looking for a well-located and convenient place to stay.

Cons: When we arrived at noon, we were in a rush to head out. We quickly dropped off our luggage, freshened up, and went straight to town for lunch. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize that the shower was heated by a boiler—which hadn’t been turned on. We only discovered this when we returned close to midnight and had to take a cold shower, as the water needed time to heat up. It would be helpful if the host ensured the boiler was on before guests arrived or if guests were reminded to check and turn it on themselves. For a budget-friendly room, some wear and tear is expected. However, a small investment in a new showerhead would make a noticeable difference, as it's not a costly upgrade. That said, the room was very clean and tidy. During our three-night stay, the bed sheets and towels weren’t changed. This wasn’t an issue for us, but some guests might find it inconvenient.

Lovely room - great location

Pros: Love how close it was to the termini station (2 minutes) which made it really easy to travel anywhere. Also about a 30 minute walk to trevi fountain which was great! There were also lots of restaurants close by to the hotel itself. The room itself was very clean, the bed was comfy (firm mattress) and the shower was amazing - very hot and great pressure! Although we didn't make use of it, there was a fridge/coffee pod machine/tea in the communal area which is handy if you want a hot drink before you start exploring. Great value for money, would stay again 😊

Cons: There was a church nearby that bonged 7 times at 7am which was very loud and woke us up every morning - obviously this can't be helped but be aware that you can hear whats going on outside your window (we were top floor facing the road)

Pros: I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Rome! Everything about the hotel was above perfect, from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the amazing location. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I want to give a special mention to Diddi, whose warm smile and kindness made my stay unforgettable. I also had an unexpected flight delay and arrived a day later than planned, and the hotel graciously offered to refund me for the missed night, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend this place – it truly exceeded all expectations.
