Pros: Clean and modern. Good location & queit. Easy walking distance to vatacian city. Room was clean, modern & comfortable

We loved our stay at this chic, modern hotel. The customer service was exceptional.

Pros: The hotel is ultra contemporary and chic. The room was very comfortable and we loved the bathroom. The hotel is in a great location near the metro and near lots of shops and restaurants. I loved breakfast and the staff could not have been more helpful. The customer service throughout our stay was exceptional.

Cons: The room could have had a bit more storage.

Should've booked this room for longer

Pros: I was welcomed with friendly, helpful staff. The room was comfortably modern and clean with thoughtful, nice amenities The neighbourhood is quiet and nice with good restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: That we didn't book this hotel on our first stay.

Pros: Very friendly staff, allowed us to check in earlier. Good breakfast, very nice room (cleaning top) and hotel lobby area, super easy to get from the airport.

Overall, the conditions were good, but the level of service (cleaning, amenities, and attention to detail) did not meet

Pros: The location was excellent – close to the city center, yet in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything felt new and modern, and the place appeared clean and well maintained.

Cons: The room was too cold, and there was some noise, as a staff door next to our room was constantly being slammed in the morning. On the first day, there were very few amenities provided in the room (for example, the vanity kit was missing). On the second day, when we returned to the room, the coffee cups had not been replaced and were left dirty, and no new coffee was provided.

Perfect stay in rome

Pros: Everything. It was excellent. As a couple it was everything we wanted . The bed was so comfortable and the room offered everything we needed.

Cons: Fire alarm sensor flashed at night with a bright light at times.

Pros: Outstanding service and perfect location. My family had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel. Location is unbeatable, excellent as it is close to all the main monuments. The room quality was excellent, very clean and well - maintained, facilities were practically brand new and in perfect condition. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Jamil and his colleagues, he made sure our late night transfer on the way back to airport was safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. It’s perfect mix of comfort, convenience and great service!
