La Grande Onda (Trastevere)

Wonderful experience! Would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: A very clean and comfortable apartment in a nice and safe neighbourhood. Although the apartment is very close to many restaurants and cafes, it’s very quiet and you will not be bothered by noise from the street. Everything is within walking distance. The host is is extremely informative and friendly.

Nice Apartment in an Excellent Location

Pros: We stayed in the apartment for 5 days. Host: The host was kind and provided clear instructions. Location: Excellent location, situated in a touristy area with nightlife. Design: The apartment is spacious and has a pleasant design. Shabbat Friendly: Entrance to the building and apartment is with a key (not a card), which is convenient for Shabbat observant guests. .

Cons: Odor: There was a noticeable smell of dampness/mold in the apartment and the building. Hot Water: The electric boiler provides a limited amount of hot water, which was enough for two showers. Bedding: The double duvet was covered with a sheet instead of a duvet cover, which was less comfortable

Brilliant location, comfortable apartment - I’d recommend this apartment.

Pros: It was a very comfortable apartment, very quiet considering you’re in the city, we could hardly hear any traffic. Very clean and we felt safe. In a great location just off a street of restaurants and bars in Trastevere, and it took us at the most 30 minutes to walk to all the attractions, the Pantheon was about a 15 minute walk. The host Luca was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed for check in and the apartment, and also recommendations for the area which was a nice touch. I would recommend this apartment.

Cons: The shower starts slowly going cold after 5 minutes. The host Luca did explain that the water boiler is 80L and after this runs out you need to wait 1 hour 30 mins for it to heat up again. For one person, it’s absolutely fine. For two people, if one gets a shower in the morning and one at night, it would be perfect.

Pros: Everything was so good. Host was so responsive, friendly and helpful.

Pros: The location is in Trastevere next to nice bars and restaurants. Also the bus station to reach any part of Rome very close. The self check in vas very easy.

🌊We were taken away by the Great Wave 🌊

Pros: As a fan of Japan I fell in love on the first sight with the beautiful print of the great wave. 🌊 As a couple we enjoyed this quite nest next to the hustle of the Garibaldi Bridge. The apartment came well equipped and we had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The public transportation from the airport and the Termini station was extremely easy, as the rest of the town. Most of our places of interest and restaurants were easily reached by foot from the apartment. The communication and access were easy and well explained.

Cons: The lock on the bathroom door was the only small thing which wasn’t functioning.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. Situated in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again if visiting Rome

Perfect in Rome

Pros: I had a great stay in Rome. I really liked the place — the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very well located. Marco, who welcomed me when I arrived, was extremely helpful and attentive. He provided accurate information and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated his support and the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Cons: Not a lot of hot water, shower got cold within 5mins, had to take it in turn to have showers and wait for tank to refill
