Optimal for one night

Pros: Friendly staff. The hotel is easy to find on Google Maps. There is an elevator in the building. The bedding and towels were clean. The room and surrounding area are quiet. The windows face the inner courtyard, which is also quiet. You can leave your belongings in storage, it’s free.

Cons: Hot water in the shower is only available for 10-15 minutes and then it turns cold. This is a significant drawback, and since it's no longer summer, it's dangerous. The hotel has a strange layout; if you follow the stairs, you can get lost and end up somewhere else. A lot of dust even in visible places (e.g., on switches). Instead of a bedside table, I had a refrigerator. Maybe for some people that would be a plus. The bed creaked.

Pros: I've been here before. Just a short walk from Termini train station. Not in the run-down and shabby parts around Termini. Really nice staff. The room hade everything I need for a comfortable stay in Rome. It's not luxurious in any way, but I don't need this to be satisfied.

Affordable, welcoming and well located

Pros: The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and provided great tourist information. The hotel was well located and wasn’t too much of a walk to get to the main attractions. It was clean, comfortable and air conditioning was provided within the room.

Pros: First the location, very close to restaurants and the Train station Roma Termini. Included decent breakfast. The staff was friendly

Cons: The room key was attached to a heavy metal stand, and next day morning of our stay, we informed the receptionist we were heading to the airport and will return to the hotel at night, no specific instructions were given and didn’t ask us to return our key. At airport security, the metal stand was taken from us, and the hotel later charged us €40 without prior warning. This unexpected charge at the last minute made our stay less comfortable. Clearer instructions about key handling—especially for guests catching a flight—would be very helpful. I found the room was small for a family and has one double bed only.

Good price, great location

Pros: Close to Roma Termini, reasonably priced. Staff were nice. Lots of food options nearby. Would I stay here again? Definitely!

Cons: The lift is a little slow. Room was a little dated. Could do with an update.

Pros: Grazie mille per Mr. Shakil, he gave us a free bonus breakfast for my family. He is such a nice and friendly person. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to station rome termini and 20mins to colloseum. We also can drop off our luggage after checkout till afternoon for free.Very worth it for the prize.

Cons: The room looks old style, bed cover and curtain, the beds mattras not so comfortable but clean. Glad there is a lift but its very slow. Over all acceptable

A nice experience with great money value. I will probably stay there again when visiting Rome next time.

Pros: The location is great, all the main attractions are 15-30 minutes away, the staff are super friendly - Frencesco was super helpful and had great tips about the city, rooms are generally clean but may be some improvements can be done in that point.

Pros: Fabulous location. Five min walk to Termini Station. Ten min walk to Colosseum. If your intent is to see Rome in a day and stay close to the centre, its perfect. Bed is comfortable. Functional room. Dont expect luxury. Loved the tiny balcony!That was a surprise.

Cons: No dislikes.

Pros: Staff are very helpful and friendly to interact. EXCELLENT LOCATION and very good connectivity. Few attractions are walkable distance. Plenty of Restaurants available near by
