Pros: Fresh, quiet room. Comfortable bed, adjustable lying position and massage option. The mattress with thermo foam😍. Amazing relaxation after a day of exploring the city. A spacious and comfortable bathroom. A set of cosmetics with an elegant scent. Professional reception service. Close to Termini station.

Cons: After this experience in other hotels, it's already uncomfortable

Pros: Great Location Beside Rome Termini Train Station & Bus Station, You Can go anywhere from There. Staff Is Good, House Keeping Is Great. Breakfast Was So nice with a lot of variety & it cost 15 Euro/Person/day. Bathroom Is Wide with all things you Need.

Cons: The Small Room is so so Small,Not suitable with a lot of luggage & I don't know how this room is standard in 4 Star hotel. One of the basic things in any room in any hotel is the mini Bar with kittle, Coffee & Tea - Our room was without that & we told that not every room supply with that -- I don't know also how is that possible in 4 Star hotel where in even 3 star hotel it's basic in any room (in the last they brought one for us after asking them).

Pros: The location it is close to the Termini station and 20 minutes walking from Fontana di Trevi. Breakfast was tasty and enough choices. The upgraded my room without another cost. The beds are with remote controle and massage, we tried once, it was interesting after walking all day.
