Extremely comfortable stay in a fabulous location.

Pros: Location. Free luggage storage.Early check in, as room was ready. Accommodating and friendly staff. Comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities and fresh water in the room.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff.

Pros: This place is amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Daniele who checked us in. The room was nice and big with a balcony, very comfortable, the bed was lovely, the cleaning team replaced our towels every day despite us leaving them hanging up to use again. Everything about this place was above expectation.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Lovely hotel in a great location!!

Pros: Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect!! only a few mins walk to train station for the train to airport,most sights can be reached in a 20 mins walk or by catching a nearby metro. Lots of nice restaurants near by. The hotel and rooms were very nice!! and had everything we needed

Cons: Can be noisy at night but that is expected when staying in a city

A real home from home.

Pros: I would highly recommend this hotel in many ways. The location is perfect not only for the station and Metro but for getting around Rome. There are an abundance of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The staff are very efficient and personal. The hotel overall is a pleasure to stay in.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. We felt little bit cold in the room and staff helped immediately came blanket and set the ac.

Cons: Termini area doesn’t feel safe but it is certainly a big city problem, not hotel’s fault.

Clean and comfortable close to Termini

Pros: Location is an easy walk to termini if you are taking the train. Room was a decent size and comfortable. Good bed and shower. Good breakfast selection and complimentary tea and water.

Cons: I was unwell during my stay so wanted to order room service but it was difficult to get hold of room service, they rarely answered the phone.

great hotel with excellent location

Pros: Good breakfast with a wide range of options Location is central, very near the Termini Station There was a drinking water dispenser on my floor with both cold and hot water options. I didn't find this in any other hotel I stayed in.

Cons: Although the heating system was good, the comforters were thin and not suitable for winter in my opinion. I had to ask for a blanket, but they gave me a pair of similar extra comforters.
