Beautiful stylish hotel but needs to spend money on upgrading air conditioning system

Pros: It was a beautiful hotel ...staff were fantastic but its a bit expensive for being on a very busy street with loud traffic noise and I got moved to a room where the air conditioning box was outside my window and it was like a jet engine running all the time even with the window closed.....it was awful. ... so for what I paid per night it was to expensive because of the noise....the hotel needs to spend money on upgrading the air conditioning system but staff were so friendly and nice and breakfast was lovely and rooms very nice

Cons: The really awful air conditioning box right outside my window that was like an engine running all the time .... Not good enough for nearly 200 euro per night

A great hotel in the centre of Rome

Pros: Friendly staff and helpful - good location near railway station and easy to walk to many tourist locations - rooms have been modernised recently.

Cons: The room had a poor outlook from window at back of property and it was noisy on some evenings

Pros: Location was perfect as close to the train station. Lovely rooftop restaurant and bar area and beautiful breakfast

Cons: Room was very hot - AC didnt work very well unless we kept the curtains open as the unit was in a recess behind the curtains so made the room very light during the night

Fabulous small hotel in great location

Pros: Good location near the Termini Station. Comfortable hotel, clean rooms, air conditioned and comfortable bed, slept well. Great breakfast and service and lovely rooftop bar, staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent value for money!

Pros: Great location for train station. Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps all within walking distance (downhill!) we did end up getting a taxi back in the evenings. Room was clean, plenty of space, mini fridge filled with complimentary waters, Pepsi & crisps each day!

Cons: Air conditioning wasn't the greatest.

Enjoyable trip for 4 days and nights in Rome at great hotel.

Pros: Room size was good and large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Location and ease of walking from the Termini and into sights was very easy.

Cons: The air conditioner could have been better.

Fantastic stay at a great hotel

Pros: Our room was clean and modern. The room was cleaned daily with daily change of towels. Breakfast was good, with different options. Roof top bar/restaurant was great. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel l is walking distance to the train station

Cons: On arrival, our room did not have towels, and the bin had rubbish in it. Housekeeping fixed the issue and apologised
