I had an overall great experience with this hotel.

Pros: When my return plane got cancelled, it was no trouble to extend my stay at the hotel. I could just simply walk by the desk and I could even stay in the same room. Great hospitality and flexibility!

Cons: The rooms were warmer than I would personally prefer, and outside the window was too noisy to keep it open during the night.

Nice and affordable

Pros: It is a very lovely hotel with wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. I highly recommend it because it is comfortable and the location is great to see all the main attractions in Rome. Also, the place is clean and has everything you might need.

No bells and whistles, adequate accommodation a short walk from train station,

Pros: The room while very basic, was spotlessly clean, air conditioner worked well, easy to access (very few steps) and room I had was at back of building so quiet. Bathroom though small was modern. Even though close to Termini Railway Station I felt safe with lots of people around.

Pros: I had a great stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, very clean, and the room had everything I needed. Carmen at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good spot for solo travelers. Highly recommend!

Pros: Location was spot on for me and my daughter. The manager/receptionist was fantastic, really very helpful 🙂 thank you.

Nice acomodation, close to train station

Pros: The localisation, the hospitality of the host, comfortable bed, clean room. Carmen was nice to keep my bags after check out for a few hours. The shower space might be a bit small, but not that tragic

Great place to stay

Pros: Perfect location: only 10 minutes walk from the train station and 20-30 minutes walk to most landmarks, except the Vatican (roughly 1h walk). To visit the latter, you can take the underground (5 min walk) and reach the Vatican area more easily (stop at Ottaviana station). The bathroom was spotless, and even though the room was small, it was cosy and had everything we needed. Ms Carmen is very welcoming and professional. We recommend it 100%.
