Relaxed, very competent and friendly reception. Lovely smiley breakfast lady, cheerful cleaners

Pros: Location was excellent, breakfast was good although the cornetti could have been better, fruit, nuts and cereal were good as was the scrambled egg and bacon. Cold cuts and cheese also great. Reception and other staff really were exceptional

Cons: There was a bit of ambiguity about our booking, so be careful to say exactly who is in each room. I’m not sure whose error it was, ours, booking.com or the hotel system. We will definitely go back to this hotel if in Rome

Lovely family feel hotel, close to station and 20-30 mins walk to most attractions

Pros: Great hotel, 5 mins from main station. 20-30 mins walk from most attractions. Breakfast was great. Not massive selection but all fresh. Lady serving made coffees/Teas etc and kept everything nice and really clean. Hotel had a lovely \

Fantastic weekend

Pros: The people who work at this hotel are very friendly and really helpful, they do a fantastic job. The hotel is very nice and in a very good location, if we return to Rome we will look for this place.

Perfect for our Stay.

Pros: For us the location was perfect: within walking distance of the Termini train station, a good walk down to Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, and close too Hop On Hop Off bus pick-up point. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was good and we loved the decor and ambience of the breakfast room/ restaurant/ terrace. Our room of adequate size had a well stocked fridge.

Super Hotel

Pros: Hotel Columbia is our home in Rome. Super hotel close to Terminai Station but not too close. Many restaurants close by. Very nice rooms with nice bathrooms. Air conditioning in the hotel was super even when it was 40 degrees outside. Nice breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace but can also be eaten in the air conditioned dinning room. The ladies on the reception desk were very polite, informative and helpful.

Pleasant and enjoyable.

Pros: The staff at Hotel Columbia puts this hotel in the exceptional range. Very helpful, courteous, and genuinely kind. We had an early flight; they prepared a breakfast to go for us. Service is above and beyond expectations. Room was clean and tidy. Firm, comfy bed.

Great value, lovely staff, friendly hotel in a great location, felt safe returning late at night.

Pros: Location and rooftop terrace. Cleanliness was excellent and the staff were really friendly. 24 hour reception was good to have, always someone on hand if needed.

Cons: Room decor a bit dated. Could do with a refresh, especially the bathroom.
