Comfortable beds, well decorated room, and the coffee and tea station outside was a nice plus.

Good location, near the train station.

Pros: Comfortable bed, closets, close to the train station.

Cons: There was no towel warmer, and the shower made the bathroom wet. I lost the door magnetic card and it cost me 10 euros. Very expensive.They only gave the card to one of the guests and not to the other. Reception only during business hours.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable, had enough space for the three of us. The host is very welcoming and will answer and help you with any questions you have. The location is great, especially if you are coming by train or leaving by train as it’s a five minute walk to Termini station. The breakfast in the restaurant below is nice and enough to start the day with. The room got cleaned every day and there was no noise from the streets. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Perfect location for a short trip to Rome.

Pros: Location is 8 min. by foot from the train station and right across from the opera theatre. We could reach all cultural sights we wanted to see by foot. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was well designed, beautiful and clean, with super comfy bed.

Pros: The location is perfect, just across the street from the opera. You can watch the elegant crowd gathering for shows. The room is small, but very well organized, so if you take advantage of all the storage spaces, the space gets very comfortable.

Pros: The staff was great, really kind and helpfull. The location is perfect! Really nice and safe street. The esthetic of the room and the bathroom were also great.

Cons: The room is really small for 3 people. It didn't bother us too much cause we used it just to sleep. But just 1 chair is normally not enough. Also no moskito net, that would have made our night rest better.

Great base in Rome near Station, friendly helpful team, good communication. Would recommend.

Pros: Comfortable room , clean and spacious. Bathroom modern and clean with good quality soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc. Plenty clean towels. Plus air-conditioning. Front views of the Opera House. Plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby. Easy to get to all the Historic sites, within 10- 15 mins.

Cons: Great that Tea/coffee area close to room. , but for this price would expect this facility in our own room. Tv was no use to us as only news programme in English, no other programmes/films etc

Amazing stay at this hotel in Rome !

Pros: Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a stunning view. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and transport. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, close to everything if you wish to walk but there is public transport near too. Safe at night! Staff p

Cons: It could be a bit cleaner( especially in the bathroom I found hair from previous guests). The pillows could be better for a better sleep.

Great little boutique hotel in a great location with friendly staff.

Pros: Daniel, who runs the property is so friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is just off the busy centre but close enough to walk to all the tourist sites. The room was very comfortable.

Cons: The bed was a little hard and could do with some more comfy pillows but at the end of a long day of walking and sightseeing, sleeping was not really a problem.
