Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. The location is excellent – very close to Termini Station and to various public transportation options, making it extremely easy to reach any area of Rome. The connectivity is definitely a major advantage. The rooms are very clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and housekeeping is done daily, with all toiletries and consumables replenished regularly. Another big plus is the possibility to leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out, which is especially convenient if you have an evening flight. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Pros: The location is perfect about 5 minis from Rome train station (Termini) so many lovely places to eat around the area. I've stayed at this hotel before and the breakfast is gorgeous, such a spread and a great variety and selection of food. The staff are very helpful, they printed some documents for me and were very willing to give me boiling water when I wanted to make a cup of tea. It was my second time to stay at this hotel and I will return again.

Cons: My room was quite small and there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Pros: Upon arrival, we received an upgrade at the Hive hotel (they're all part of the same chain). It was very pleasant and unexpected, and for the same price. A friendly employee carried our bags to the hotel and into our room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean and tidy.

Fabulous hotel nestled in a fantastic location at the heart of Rome. Clean rooms, great staff!

Pros: Was initially sceptical after seeing the rare low review...but Hotel Impero not only met my expectations, it exceeded them. Staff are polite and professional, and the rooms are clean and sometimes accompanied with a gorgeous balcony. It's very close to termini station and not too far from Trevi which is always great. Will recommend to others!

Cons: Not really any complaints, but wouldn't recommend exploring the local area at night as it is quite unsafe. Nothing under the hotel's control.

Convenient hotel at a fair price close to Roma Termini

Pros: The hotel room was spacious and clean. The location is good in my opinion, a 20 minutes pleasant walk to Fontana di Trevi. And a 5 minutes walk to Roma Termini. The area is not clean, super dirty actually as most areas around train staions are. Nothing out of the ordinary. 1 minute away from the hotel there is a Carrefour supermarket.

Cons: We arrived after midnight because of a late flight and to our surprise the man at the reception announced us that they actually overbooked and there were no rooms available. Other two persons were in the same situation as us, waiting for a solution. After about an hour or so they managed to find us a room in a nearby 4 star hotel. I mean, i know things can go wrong, that’s why i am not giving them a bad score, but it’s not pleasant after a long travel and in the middle of the night to wait more than an hour to get a room. The next morning at around 10:00 we came back to the hotel and a room was ready for us.
