Pros: The best place ever I stayed so far in Rome ! Everything perfection ! My new favorite place ever ! Also I love the quality price which for me was fundamental to make the decision. I have also to say that the kindness and professionalism of Luca is making a big difference during your stay ! He is attentive, kind and very responsive! He was genuine and accommodating my silly question all the time ! Thank you Luca

Cons: Only recommendation is to have an independent hot water heater as is necessary in winter. I already informed the Host ! Is not bad but could be way better to the standard of the place.

Pros: Lovely cozy apartment in the perfect location. The modern apartment is equipped with everything you need, yet is located in a charming old-fashioned building, the entrance hall and the old-style elevator add extra charm. And the host's hospitality is just the icing on the cake!
