Objectively an outstanding place in the eternal city

Pros: Andrea is an excellent host, very supportive and friendly. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and calm. Bust stop is very close. Bus no 870 is perfect, directly to the downtown and close to Vatican. We spent unforgettable days there. If we return to Rome one day, we will definitely check to see if Obiettivo Roma is vacant. Thank you Andrea.

Cons: The bed is a bit too soft (for my taste).

Very nice and peaceful apartment

Pros: I had a very nice stay. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and also quite fresh in this very hot summer. It is also a bit tucked away from the main road so it is quiet and peaceful, which is a plus in Rome as some of the streets can be very noisy. The area has also various shops and supermarkets nearby (including a large and well furnished supermarket less than 10 mins walking). Andrea, the host, is super kind. Communication with him is very easy and he was flexible with the time of my check-in and check-out, which was of great help. I would not hesitate to book again this apartment if I had to stay again in that area of Rome.

Pros: The flat is very good, clean, big and comfortable. You can find everything what you need for cooking and serving meal in it. And not just dishes and equipment, solt, sugar, peper, tea and coffee too;))) Tere were nice white towells in bathroom, shampoo, dushgel, soap, cotton sticks and disks, and some usefull staff for girls. The owner was very polite, attentive and pleasant, very simple communication throught WhatsApp. The owner is ready to help in every situation from finding the way to ficksing something. The flat situates a little far from the center of Rome, but in very calm and silence region, in 5 minutes from the bussstop (719), little shop and in 15 minutes from two big supermarkets and resrorants. Rome was wonderfool, but sometimes very hot. So tou will find the silent and piecefull place with good conditioning (one in room) this nice flat at the end of the busy day!:))))

Pros: The district was quite. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had everything what we need. The owner Andrea is attentive and polite.

Cons: The only one minus, that it’s far from the centre. The rest was good.

Pros: Very polite and sociable owner, quickly responds to correspondence, settled us at a convenient time, did not have to wait for dinner, thank you! The apartment is very spacious, clean, 2 air conditioners, the sofa bed was immediately opened for the child, very comfortable and large, all the linen is fresh, fluffy white towels are a large set, the bathroom has a hairdryer, bathroom accessories, paper, everything works fine, Wi-Fi is fast on all devices, were pleasantly surprised by the compliments, in general we are very satisfied. The house has a separate area, a gate, very close to a bus stop, a shop, a pizzeria, a bar. The owner answered all our questions, prompted, helped with a transfer to the airport, gave contacts of an excellent taxi driver in a big car.

Cons: everything is super, we advise you to check in!

Pros: siamo una famiglia di 2 adulti e 2 bambini di 6 e 9 anni. la struttura era pulita e dotata di tutti i confort necessari per la riuscita del soggiorno.

Cons: La struttura è in una zona ad alta densità abitativa, trovare parcheggio é difficilissimo.

Perfect extended stay location for European Hospital

Pros: Excellent accommodations close to the European Hospital. It is simple, minimal and easy to live in, we stayed just under a week. Just a few steps up the road is the wonderful Bar Pasticceria Panetteria Casoria that we started our day at every morning. The bed was extremely comfortable and we also used the sofa bed for sleeping which was quite comfortable but a little tricky to change from sofa to bed.

Cons: Very minimal which we actually didn't mind since we brought a lot with us. We were staying there in January so it was kind of cold, especially the floors but we just wore our thicker socks around the apartment. It is absolutely great value for the price.

Pros: Struttura accogliente dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Il proprietario Andrea è molto disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.

Ottima posizione vicino EUR

Pros: Ottima posizione per le mie esigenze, è la seconda volta che soggiorno in questa struttura e sicuramente tornerò nuovamente, facilmente raggiungibile dal quartiere EUR, supermarket a pochi metri a piedi, host disponibile e appartamento molto pulito.

Pros: Pulizia, struttura e posizione sono il suo forte, l’host è stato gentilissimo
