Pros: Location was fantastic, history of the apartment wonderful and super attentive host

Nice aparts for several days stay, 20 mins away from the Roma historical center.

Pros: 1. Location is very convenient - not far from historical center of the city. 2. Bathroom and kitchen - ok. 3. Price & location are quite good for Rome in winter (don't know what's the price in high season). 4. Owner answered my questions fast enough even late in the evening.

Cons: 1. There is no parking which belongs to the apartments owner and that was not mentioned when I asked for the parking place. It was not very pleasant to search for the parking lot in public parking in the night in the unknown city. I see such situation first in my life. I was lucky to find the only parking lot nearby, but others could be not so lucky. 2. Ventilation system is very strange - you can't open windows in the apartments, so the air could be refreshed only via air conditioning, but the apartment has entrance from the inner yard inside building of at least 4 floors, so keep this in mind. 3. You need to fill up pretty long additional form with your personal data, which could be not an easy task for traveller with not stable internet connection, so try to do it in advance.

Pros: Ottima posizione in Trastevere. Luogo silenzioso e sicuro .

Cons: Manca nel bagno , trattandosi di mesi invernali parecchio freddi , un calorifero funzionante o una stufetta

Pros: Ubicación perfecta. Puedes llegar caminando a toda roma fácil. Gran espacio y limpio! Lo recomiendo 100%

Cons: Pocos detalles enviados al dueño, nada que preocuparse. Solo renovar o comprar algunas cosas nuevas

Ottimo alloggio in Trastevere

Pros: Stanza spaziosa, comoda e molto silenziosa nonostante la posizione centralissima in Trastevere. Parcheggio gratuito in prossimità della struttura.

Cons: La firma del contratto in cui ho dovuto dichiarare di aver preso visione della stanza prima che la vedessi. Il pagamento anticipato della tassa di soggiorno.

Excelente y cómodo lugar con una excelente ubicación.

Pros: La ubicación, con el tranvía al frente, a 2 cuadras de Porta Portese. Lugar lleno de bares y restaurantes para el día y la noche. La habitación muy grande, con cocina y todos los elementos. Mucho espacio para guardar ropa y cosas. Mesa grandes con sillas para comer y el baño enorme y cómodo.

Pros: Very secure and cute place. Fairly quiet and spacious.

Cons: Could not figure out the lighting above the bed. More pillows would have been convenient…we are 3 pillow sleepers! Maybe a solid curtain around the bed to get darkness.

Pros: Appartement au pied d'un arrêt de tram permettant de rejoindre en moins de 10min le centre de Rome ! Appartement grand propre. Appartement non moderne, pas très lumineux, mais pas de nuisance sonore. Pas très loin du coeur de trasteverse donc très bon rapport qualité prix Appartement conforme aux photos
