Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

Pros: We absolutely loved the location. It was so easy to pop back in the middle of the day to warm up or have a break before carrying on the sightseeing. The room was clean and the bed was bigger than a UK king and very comfortable. We didn’t try the sofa bed out as a bed but it was very hard to sit on. The apartment was set in a quiet street between two busier streets meaning some noise but mainly passing loud voices. Kitchen was basic but functional with a large fridge. There was loads of wardrobe space and storage. We didn’t use the washing machine but it was available. We absolutely loved the lift/elevator and the doors to open and close - reminded my daughter of a Lizzy Maguire movie 😊

Cons: We were disappointed to discover there wasn’t a microwave or oven as these had been listed in the advert. It would have also been useful to have more than one pan and to have washing up liquid and extra bin bags included. Although the shower was excellent regarding power and warmth, it was difficult for the whole room not to become very wet.

Pros: The host was wonderful. She was very quick in answering all our questions and she helped us with the luggage after checkout. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the main attractions. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. The apartment is quite clean.

Cons: The bathroom was a little bit dated and leaky. The windows are in quite a poor condition and do not provide good noise isolation and at night you can hear all the street noise. The towels should be changed.

Pros: A dream apartment in the heart of Rome: surrounded by restaurants, cafes and designer shops!** The location of this apartment is simply perfect! In the heart of the old town, surrounded by excellent restaurants, charming cafes and shops of all the major brands. We had a great time strolling through the charming streets, discovering hidden gems and tasting the delicious Italian food. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great apartment in a central location in Rome!

Pros: Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die besonders gute Lage dicht bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das sehr gute Frühstück dicht dabei.

Cons: Die Ausstattung war sehr knapp. Nur 2 Stühle am Tisch bei der Belegung zu dritt. 2 Gläser und 2 Tassen. Wurden nach Anfrage nachgeliefert. Der Geruch im Bad war unangenehm.

Accoglienza e posizione sono i due punti forti

Pros: Della struttura mi è piaciutola estremamente la posizione e l'accoglienza dell'host. Si trova in una viuzza che sbocca in via del Corso, equidistante da piazza di Spagna e piazza del Popolo. Zona ricca di ristoranti per ogni tasca e ottime osterie con cucina tipica romana. L'host è stato di un gentilezza unica e pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. Well done!

Cons: L'unica pecca, l'odore che emmanava il bagno. Il palazzo in qui si trova l'appartamento è storico e sono convinta che è un problema di tutti in quella struttura. Un problema che ho dovuto constatare un po' ovunque a Roma in questi giorni, purtroppo.

Pros: Ubytování v klidné uličce, všechny podstatné památky v dostupné pěšky, snídaně se podávala v baru cca 30m od ubytování

Pros: Hyvällä paikalla, isohko huoneisto. Henkilökunnan sai heti kiinni tekstiviestitse jos jokin ongelma oli ja he lähtivät heti etsimään ratkaisua asiaan.

Cons: Huoneistossa oli hieman viileä öisin ja kadun äänet kuului asuntoon kohtalaisesti. Aamupalan syöminen kahvilassa ei kovin sujuvaa, siinä olisi parannettavaa.

Alojamento 🔝

Pros: Apartamento muito agradável e completo, no centro de Roma. Tem todas as comodidades para uma boa estadia: Smart TV com um ecrã grande, cozinha com frigorífico. O pequeno-almoço incluído é servido num café ao lado e é muito bom, fotografia em anexo.

Cons: Nada!

Roma è Roma

Pros: Tutto. Soprattutto la gentilezza e la capacità dei gestori nel risolvere qualsiasi nostra richiesta

Excelente ubicación

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena,.zona muy segura, cerca de las atracciones turísticas, departamento muy limpio. El anfitrión estuvo al pendiente en todo momento. El desayuno muy bueno.

Cons: A el baño le falta remodelacion.
