Wonderful stay in a superb location downtown Rome.

Pros: The location was superb. Located on a quiet street steps away from amazing restaurants, shopping, and the main street of Via Del Corso, and a short walk to major attractions, this is the neighbourhood to be in. Stefano was a wonderful host, friendly with prompt communication. The air conditioning worked great which was a nice relief after a day of walking in the hot sun.

Cons: There is no in-suite laundry and the kitchen is small, but we ended up eating out most of the time anyway.

Très très bon séjour dans cet appartement très agréable

Pros: Très bonne localisation, avec beaucoup d'éléments à proximité (lieux touristiques accessibles à pied, commerces, transports, ...). Le propriétaire très sympa et pro actif, qui donne de nombreuses bonnes adresses, et très réactif en cas de besoin.

Charming 2 level apartment with rooftop view in the heart of Rome

Pros: Il Palazzetto di Via della Frezza is a two level apartment in the heart of Rome, right of the Via del Corso. It's fast becoming one of my favorite streets for central location but oh so quiet - you'd never know you were right off the Corso. The building sits behind the Bulgari Hotel, steps to the Ara Pacis and the Tiber river. The main floor is the kitche, living space with sofa bed and upstairs is the bedroom loft with bathroom. The apartment is on the 5th floor and has rooftop views around, with an elevator in the building.

Cons: Cleaning could have been better. We noticed the ceilings and corners were not dusted and also the vase near the kitchen and other spots. Kitchen and bathroom are a bit small. The bathroom is bit small and also old. It could use a renovation. For people with mobility issues, you will need to consider the stairs.

Super localisation, contents de notre séjour!

Pros: Excellente localisation, on a presque tout pu faire à pied! Spacieux studio avec chambre en mezzanine. Hôte sympathique qui nous a laissé rester jusqu’à notre vol l’après-midi sans supplément. Lits faits à l’arrivée, serviettes et wifi. Situé au dernier étage d’un beau bâtiment.

Cons: Il manque un peu de vaisselle (notamment des verres), peu d’ustensiles pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner (nous avons mangé tout le temps dehors). Douche un peu étroite, on met de l’eau partout.
