iQ Hotel Roma

Pros: Quite Impressive Hotel in the heart of Rome. Great Staff and service. They provide more than enough basic needs in the room. Comfy beds too. Breakfast is also good. Walking distance from the train station and to most of the major tourist sights. And when we visit Rome again we will definitely stay here again

I would love to come back, I have stayed at a lot of hotels. I have never seen such a great staff.

Pros: Breakfast was very good, service and staff were great, I was not feeling well and staff made sure I had everything I needed including the room for another day to recuperate. Restaurant was very good, maybe add a couple more vegetarian options would be great. Besides that great place would love to come back soon!

Pros: We had an unexpected and stressful experience during our stay when my mother was involved in an accident and needed medical care, which required us to extend our stay. I cannot say enough about how extraordinary the hotel staff were during this difficult time. From the front desk to housekeeping and management, every single person treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, helped us navigate changes to our reservation without hesitation, and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Their empathy and professionalism turned a frightening situation into one where we felt supported and cared for. This level of service goes far beyond what is expected, and we will always be grateful. Truly outstanding staff and a hotel we will never forget.

Cons: My room was on the ground floor, so it was a bit noisy, and I also noticed some insects

Great hotel option that had a room for three people.

Pros: Free mini bar, didn’t use additional facilities as we were out sightseeing both days but the staff were very friendly.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like maybe it would’ve been nice to have non-smoking chillout areas instead of just smoking areas as I don’t smoke but maybe that’s a European thing.

Well priced, central and close to metro, lovely hotel

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful Room was clean and spacious Wonderful selection of amenities Buffet breakfast was soooo extensive! Rooftop bar was lovely and the food was amazing

Cons: Laundry not opening until 8am and closing at 1pm (would have preferred to do laundry at end of day of exploring the city)
