Hotel Cortina

Pros: I liked the location and breakfest ladies the best. The girl in reception was also really nice and helpful. And thanks you so much for the surprise. Breakfest was nice, coffee good.

Cons: Hot water pressures was a little unstable.

Rome is worth seeing

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and the main attractions. Breakfast was OK. The coffee service was top-notch, with a friendly smile. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The option to leave luggage after check-out was a big plus.

Cons: A bit noisy in the room with the window open, but you wouldn't expect anything different in the center of Rome. No negative comments.

Pros: The room we stayed in was very clean and nice. We absolutely adored the staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. We especially want to mention the two lovely ladies in charge of breakfast, they greeted us with big smiles every single day.

Cons: The power went out three times during our stay whenever we used the hair dryer at the second speed.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Great location, the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. A small and friendly hotel ideal for exploring Rome. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Highly recommended hotel in Rome

Pros: Great location, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable room It's a bit noisy from the street, but there were ear plugs in the room which was very considerate. Would highly recommend

Very pleasant!

Pros: It is a lovely small hotel on the first floor of the grand building. My room was cosy. The staff was most helpful. The location is great too.

Cons: I didn’t realise that the hotel is on the first floor of the building and there is no lift. The guard of the hotel carried my suitcase upstairs and the staff were delightful

Great staff

Pros: The hotel is lovely just outside the busyness of the main attraction but only a walk to everything or quick bus , train station was not far either which has direct line to and from the airport. The staff were all lovely and always greeted us big smiles and so helpful. The only negative was that the lift did not work which would of been nice to know but they are located only one floor up and the lovely lady on reception did bring down my mams bag for her when leaving as her balance isn’t great if you really struggle with stairs I would ask before arrival but I’m sure they will have it fixed soon

Pros: Beautiful big room, restaurant staff was very, very helpful and kind :)

Cons: Everything was great, but our room was above a pub with live music (every night). Unfortunately, the noise was above tolerance...

Pros: staff were great, even packed a breakfest since I had to leave early. very considerate.
