Pros: The best hotel in Rome. Service is excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Restaurant is very good ! They upgraded us it was great ! We will come back for sure.

Absolutely perfect stay - staff were incredible and kind.

Pros: It was in a perfect location and you could easily explore from any direction. The hotel was easy to navigate and the breakfast and rooftop bar was great. All staff were AMAZING and made us feel so welcome.

Fantastic location to see Rome

Pros: Overall the hotel was well situated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Bed was comfy, air con was efficient. Amenities in the room were good.

Cons: When we arrived in the room the curtains were shut as were the shutters. Sadly when opened there was no view - in fact we overlooked a derelict building.

Relaxing and comfortable!

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location to visit all the important sites. Also the staff was very kind and helpful. Storage in the room is very important and here is more than sufficient.

Cons: Nothing, everything was good except that the catalog of the room service was shorter than expected for a hotel like this.

Pros: Staff was incredible. Pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise in the room knowing it’s on the main street. Location meant you can walk to most spots.

Cons: Spa was an additional fee but only 15 euros.

Highly recommended for comfortable and convenient stay

Pros: Great location, felt safe at all times. Great staff, notably reception when I left my ID behind and they emailed a copy of my passport to me within minutes to ensure I could get into my timed entry tour to colosseum. 1st class breakfast with lovely friendly staff. Great room and pristine cleanliness throughout the hotel.
