Good host, great location, recommended for short stay.

Pros: Host welcomed upon arrival and explained everything about apartment.

Cons: Building main door lock was not smooth to open. Should be replaced to avoid inconvenience to future guests.

Pros: Great place we were a group of 6. Nice, spacious and very clean. Friendly staff and checking in & out was smooth. Walkable to all the major attractions in Rome. I will come back if I visit Rome again.

Cons: One toilet had a vent into the kitchen, hope that was covered with glass. Can be a bit noisy at night since it's in a central location.

Exceptional Location, Apartment, and Management

Pros: The property was in a great location. Most things within a 20 min walk, the Colosseum was the furthest with about a 40 min walk but there is a bus stop right outside the door if you want to take that instead to get you closer. The apartment was just as pictured and in great condition, very spacious. Wifi worked great, warmth in the apartment was great. Grocery store just across the street as well. The small elevator was just big enough for 3 adults and 3 small suitcases to fit. Some complained about the main door being hard to open from the street and yes the key does stick a little but once you wiggle it some it opens fairly easily. They had been kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage early but then our flight was delayed 2 hours and by the time we arrived, they had finished cleaning and getting the apartment ready and allowed us to enter early instead. They were great at communication and helping us in anyway that we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cons: There is some noise from the road and people at night in the front rooms even with the shutters that block out all the light are closed. I am a very light sleeper and use a sound machine on my phone and that made it so I didn't hear anything then. The room on the back side is much quieter since it is above a courtyard. The front room does have a softer bed than the back room but most European beds are firmer than American ones so it is to be expected. These are very small things and would not stop me from renting here again. The place was wonderful!

Pros: Appartamento accogliente, personale disponibilissimo. Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute e sono stati molto cordiali, ci hanno accolto immediatamente. La struttura è molto luminosa, pulita e la posizione è ottima

Muy buena opción en Roma para estar en familia

Pros: La ubicación y las instalaciones son muy buenas, la crítica sería que hay una ventana que comunica el baño con la cocina, sin ningún cierre y el lavarropas estaba afuera, pero es crítica bien intencionada.

Cons: Los vecinos, se escucha todo, si se levantan temprano, hasta el microondas.

Pros: Labai puiki vieta, viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis. Apačioje kavinukė, netoliese maisto prekių parduotuvės. Laiptinėje yra liftas. Apartamentai erdvūs, aukštomis lubomis, patogios lovos. Langai sandarūs, triukšmo iš gatvės nesigirdi. Buvo viskas, ko reikėjo kelių dienų viešnagei. Kadangi atskridome gana anksti, buvo sudarytos sąlygos į apartamentus patekti anksčiau laiko, dėl ko labai džiaugėmės.

Cons: Galėjo būti palikta papildomų šiukšlių maišų šiukšlinėmis.

Pros: Apartmán je umístěný cca 5 minut od Andělského hradu a asi 12 minut od Vatikánu. Za 8 minut se dojde na Piazza Navona.

Cons: Velmi chybí nějaké skříňky, protože všechno oblečení nelze pověsit na ramínka. V pokoji s okny na hlavní ulici je v noci trochu hluk.

Estancia perfecta. Repetiría de nuevo!

Pros: Todo!. Muy céntrico, a 3 minutos del puente de Sant Angelo. Nada de ruido, recién renovado. Daniele encantador.

Great location and works for a short stay

Pros: Location was great! Apartment is close to everything, we walked everywhere, grocery store is right across the street. Apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a short stay. Hosts are very attentive and responsive, answered all the questions. The layout of apartment worked great for our family as we travelled with teenager who wanted her own space, but this layout may not be preferable for families with small children. One of the bedrooms is located right by the entrance of the apartments and is separated from the rest of living space by a long curvy hallway. Second bedroom and both bathrooms along with kitchen are at the other end of the long hallway. It is great if you are traveling with a group that needs privacy. Beds in both bedrooms were quite comfortable.

Cons: One of the bathrooms had a broken shower and in second bathroom door handle was loose. We reported this to property management, hopefully it gets fixed. The lock on the main building door was extremely difficult to open. Door is very old and lock gets stuck. It was quite frustrating to deal with each time we came back. Apartment has air conditioning which is great when you are inside, but it is controlled by the key card, meaning that when you leave the apartment, everything shuts off. AC is not very powerful, so it takes a long time to cool down the temperatures once you come back.

We loved it and would stay agin.

Pros: We loved the location near the cafe’s, grocery store and bus stopes.
