Holidays Banchi Vecchi Apartment

Pros: The location is perfect if for tourists who travel Roma first time (maybe not the best of you want to take metro, but walking to the main route bus stop is just 1 min). Washing machine, elevater, dish washer... you have everything you need.

Cons: Some renovation can make this place better. The kitchen looks tired, so as bathroom. It is very difficult to open/close the door of second room.

A gem of a place in the heart of Rome

Pros: The location is unbeatable: within the Centro Storico, in walking distance to practically everything. The street itself is a beauty. As is the building. This place is charming in an old building and it is lovingly furnished and decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The shower works well in the beautiful old style bathroom. Communication through the Booking app worked very well and directly, and for checking in we were received by Matteo who gave us a lot of extra information and orientation about sights to see and places to go. For once, there was enough room to put stuff! The apartment is wonderfully spacious and even has access to a roof terrace! We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely try to rebook the same place in the future again.

Cons: The only downside of being in the old town is the noise coming from the street, i.e. from the pedestrians walking through the Via dei Banchi Vecchi. I sleep with ear plugs, so it was okay. Also, we were there in November and it was fine to keep the windows closed at night.

Overall, a great start to our italian holidays! We will be happy to stay there again.

Pros: Superbly located, very well presented building with a lift (not coun-operated) and even a roof terrace. The appartment is spacious, with a lot of light, well furnished and equipped.

Cons: The smaller bedroom doesn’t have any storage for clothes. Our daughter had to use the main bedroom very spacious wadrobes to store her things, which was not quite convinient. And the sliding door to the smaller bedroom was not closing fully, affecting her privacy. Please get it fixed to get 10/10 rating!

Pros: A lot of space for our 3-person family! Very nice layout. But very tiny shower. Great rooftop terrace! Bed in bigger bedroom was comfortable. Bed in smaller bedroom was not very comfortable (according to our daughter). Taking the trash and recycling out was confusing---it was hard to find the right place to dispose of it. And the cabinet where the washing machine was smelled awful! Overall, a great place to stay while visiting Rome.

Bel appartement, confortable et très bien situé.

Pros: Une personne nous attendait ( Simone) et nous a remis deux trousseaux de clés et nous a donné les explications principales. L’appartement était très bien situé. Grand et propre. Avec ascenseur ce qui est un avantage après une journée de marche. Proche de boujlangerie et petit supermarché.

Pros: Odlična lokacija. Sve je bilo dostupno, peške. Nije bilo bučno. Stan je udoban. Ima prijatnu atmosferu. U blizini ima dobrih restorana, hrana u Trattoria Polese je bila odlična! Vratila bih se opet.

Pros: Emplacement idéal dans un quartier très agréable, appartement spacieux.

Cons: C’est bruyant, nous sommes au centre de Rome. C’est un appartement qui vieillit, les fenêtres sont à revoir, la douche.

Good enough for a group of four.

Pros: Location and access. 15 minute walk to the Vatican in one direction and an equal walk to Piazza Navona with dozens of mini restaurants along the way to the piazza which is essentially a pedestrian network of streets. Many bus lines around the corner to get you around town. Being on the 3rd floor is bright, letting the summer light in as it is above nearby constructions. Very clean.

Cons: Old. And I do not mean aged and stylish. Furniture has am 80's feel, thus old and somewhat uncomforfable. Rubbish must be disposed after sorted some 200 mts away. But garbage collectors come and ring the bell.everyday around 7.
