Pros: La ubicació, pots anar caminant a tots els monuments importants i te una boca de metro molt a prop. Pots aparcar a l’avinguda Cavour, en zona blava. Hi ha restaurants i comerços a prop. Tot és noi

Cons: La dutxa és massa petita i no dona per a 4 persones. També fa molta pudor de claveguera
