Pros: The room was very clean and has a small kitchen. We really like but AC wasn't worked properly. The room was a bit cold. Philip answered when you need and flat has outside sitting area and coffee corner🙂🙏

Budget friendly comfortable stay.

Pros: Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Location was exceptional given it’s a 10 minute walk from the Rome Central, with ample restaurants/cafes nearby. Having a fridge makes life a lot easier with having fresh cold water ready when you get back from travels. The complimentary bread and cutlery was a nice bonus. Air conditioning was fantastic in the hot weather.

Cons: Room was quite dusty especially next to the blue shelf, but mostly a nitpick for people with allergies/hate dust. The bathroom was quite small. Me and my friend are fairly sized so the toilet didn’t have the most leg room. The shower was decently sized however in our room (not sure if it’s the case for others) the shower head was quite poor. Some spouts producing way higher water pressure than others. The shower worked, the water temperature was fairly simple to figure out, adequate for the budget.

Pros: It was clean, quite and comfortable. I liked that there is small kitchen and I could make a coffee.

Cons: It was some problems with hot water in shower and they said “breakfast is included”, but its only some small snacks.

Good place to stay for short visit - good location, friendly staff and clean.

Pros: Close to Roma Termini and Pizzerias and Bars. Not too far from center to walk back either.

Cons: The fridge was noisy, coffemaker and kettle was in the hall. Hairdryer was really slow. You could hear everything neighbors were doing.

A very good and cheap choise to sightseeing Rome, 'cause is close to everything you need to see (and eat!!!)!

Pros: We stayed for 7 days. The location is perfect. It's very close to Termino station. There is a bus station just above the apartment that is very useful to take you anywhere you want to go for sightseeing. Very cheap room with a breakfast basket just for us in the room and sometimes we used it at night too! And there was a water tank outside the room that we used a lot! (if you travel from Greece, the water is quite expensive here so that was really good!). The staff were very polite and they cleaned every day. Thank you for making our Honeymoon perfect!!!!

Pros: The roomkeeper (girl) is very nice and kindly. It's very clean and the location is great! The host was nice, we left our luggage in the early morning in the place, before check-in.

Cons: It's a bit cold, but there is ac, maybe you should turn it on before guests come.

I advise you to change coffe calcules because it always is broken

Pros: We liked the place, the rooms are new after renovation, nice interior design, cleaning made every day with changing towels. The location is convenient.

Pros: It was cosy and clean. It was easy to call for staf to help us check in.

Pros: Perfect location just out the centre, facilities in the room were amazing and room was clean. Good range of hot drinks available, with breakfast and a microwave. Would recommend!
