Rome Termini Down-town Accommodation

Pros: Me and my family loved the property. Everything was good.

I would stay again there.

Pros: Property had good price, location (one bus stop from Termini). Also was clean. Kitchen and bathroom was separate and common but at the end we felt like it was very available and only we were using. Kitchen was very good, looks like freshly made renovation. It was so good that kitchen had everything you need. Beds were comfortable and clean. Towels also were clean. If we needed something there was always someone who we can ask. Also we found out that near is very cute area with cafes, lights, place to hang out.

Cons: At the beginning in the evening first impression was bad, we went from Termini to the property trough like ghetto area, big tunnel, we felt unsafe. It was also very complicated to communicate with staff earlier, messages were answered only in the day of accommodation. Floor was cold so extra slippers are very recommended. And the area is very loud, but it is acceptable because it is near to the main station.

Pros: Hotel was very clean. Staff is so nice and always ready for help.

Cons: It's not about hotel but Roma is so dangerous city. I wish people will travel with safety senses at future but now I didn't suppose. Because there is so many bad people and police doesn't help when you lost something.

You receive mostly what you paid for

Pros: 10 min. walk from the station, Bus no. 71 close by, room was big, staff tried to give its best; staff was flexible when coming late due to bus delays and when I forgot something in the room.

Cons: There is no constant staff in the facility, thus calls are necessary. Just one bathroom and one toilet in that bathroom for about four rooms (with possibly two/three people in each of them).

Pros: Hosts were accomodating of late arrival and upgraded us to a private bathroom :) clean and perfect for our one night stay. Close to Rome Termini

Exceptional

Pros: It was perfect place. New Apartment and clean room and staff are very friendly. Easy walking distance everywhere in rome.

Muy bueno

Pros: Muy cómodo, pudimos usar la cocina, el lugar es cálido y lindo, solo no hablan español. Hay transporte justo enfrente!
