Great apartment with top ambiente and service at a central location in Rome!

Pros: The apartment is located at a central location in Rome and is extraordinary in architecture, comfort, service, and support by the host Valentina. San Lorenzo and Tiburtina are good locations to explore the city by foot without being in the overcrowded tourist areas. We spent 7 days in the apartment with our 2 kids in the age of 8 and 10 years and had a great time!

Terrific stay in a great apartment.

Pros: The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Easy to access the property and communication with Valentina was prompt and clear.

Cons: It was a pleasure staying there and nothing to complain about.

Excellent accommodation in a great neighbourhood

Pros: Beautiful room and services. Great personal check in and very comfortable. Loved the location, very authentic and dynamic neighbourhood with great eating options.

Excellent property, immaculate clean, high standard furnishings

Pros: When I first read the reviews, I was bit skeptical about it, as all were either 9 or 10, but after staying there I can say it’s excellent. immaculately clean, very well maintained and exactly same as photos. Host was kind and resolved my queries asap.

Cons: Location is bit away from main attractions but best part is it has a very good connectivity with public transport. Bus stop is just opposite the building. Tram is also 5 min walk. It would be great if they provide a common microwave.

I had an amazing stay.

Pros: The place is located in a walkable distance from train station, however despite the reputation of Termini, the neighborhood surrounding the building it’s quiet and charming. CNR headquarters is just on the other side of street. The room itself is big, bright and well designed. Valentina was a caring and friendly person.

Cons: Nothing negative to say.

Pros: L'accoglienza è stata bella e precisissima nelle indicazioni , è andato tutto bene, la stanza è esattamente come in foto, si vede che è ristrutturato, tutto pulito, bagno in camera e grande tv a parete , letto comodissimo, finestre ben isolanti che mantenevano la temperatura tanto che non c'è stato bisogno di accendere l'aria calda. C'è tutto il necessario per un breve viaggio a roma.

Ottima scelta, ci ritornerò sicuramente

Pros: Mi è piaciuto tutto, la zona comoda raggiungibile dalla stazione a piedi, quartiere ricco di vari servizi ristoranti, bar. La camera era bellissima e spaziosa con un letto e cuscini morbidi, super comoda e molto calda ed accogliente, tv schermo grande, frigobar, tutto nuovo e perfetto. Ho dormito bene e non ho sentito rumori esterni. Ritornerò sicuramente nel mio prossimo soggiorno a Roma

Cons: Alcune informazioni non sono state ben comunicate (tipo come fare il check out o dove lasciare le chiavi non essendoci il personale) e mancanza di qualche accessorio nel bagno tipo sapone accanto al bidet e tappetino da mettere davanti la doccia. Non sono cose gravi ma solo un feedback per migliorare ancora di più la struttura
