Pros: The owner was so kind and helpful, the room was clean and nice, we were so satisfied, totally recommended

Pros: The room was exactly like the photos. The bed was big and comfy, the place and especially the bathroom were clean and we always had hot water. The owner helped us a lot with the transportation to and from San Lorenzo and he was really kind.

Cons: The neighbourhood is quite noisy and the room was not soundproof. Also, there was not a second blanket in the closet in case you're cold at night.

Pros: Everything was great, good location, good and clean room, + host was very nice.

Cons: Please add the blanket as it was quite cold at night with just a duvet

Pros: The Staff were very helpful and friendly. They recommended a car park near the building, also I needed an mechanic to check a my car, they recommended,I was well received, they knew it was coming from recommendation of Mr. Marco. There is many restaurants, café, shops and Transport nearby. I walked just to the place that we get the Bus Hop-on hop off.

Perfect Place to stay for couple!

Pros: We were hier for our first trip together as couple. Good place to stay for few nights Good location Buses drives to the center and Vatican almost door to door Comfy clean room with nice soft bed Around alot bars restaurants even more better then in center:) Easly to grab nice coffie and have a breakfast or lunch and dinner! We gonna miss Rome Memories stay with us 🤗 Friendly owner and help full:) Thank You! From heart , Justyna and Raad

Good area,good room fair price for Rome

Pros: I muast say tghat the areas is quite good and lively. I read the other reviews and I was a bit concern. But once you find the place is ok. The area is full of stuents, bars and restaurants. There is probably half an hour to the center so no problem there. The owners try to explain as much as he could. Would be amazing to have a mini kettle to do coffee in the morning but there are plenty of places to get coffee around the area that open quite early. I do thinkg is not cheap but that is Rome so is a decent price. Thanks

Pros: Hospital near by so it was noisy at night. It was quite a hike from the train station. There were hotels much closer. On the positive side the room was fresh, modern and spotlessly clean. Marco was very helpful with transportation, and eating spots.

Nice room, 24h PT ticket recommended

Pros: The room was very nice with a new bathroom and air con.

Cons: The location is a bit off the main attractions, but we overcame this by buying a 24h public transport ticket which was also recommended by the staff.

Good for economy stay for a couple of nights

Pros: Modern clean room, helpful host, good value for money

Cons: A bit far from the center, quite noisy

Pros: Excellent staff. Very clean and well refurbished room. Good transport accessibility.
