Pros: Interesting style and fresh newly renovated 4 apartments combo with shared kitchen near Roma Termini station with reasonable price level.

Cons: The building and street entrance is not a polished hotel style, but more an urban UG- and the apartments are more like a hidden gem.

Pros: We chose this hotel for our honeymoon between June 24-29, this is our first time in Rome. We would like to thank the hotel owners who helped us with everything. The hotel is very clean, regular cleaning was done every day. The rooms are very nice as in the pictures. The hotel's location to the center was good. The hotel owners were very understanding, helpful and kind. Since we were on our honeymoon, they welcomed us with a big surprise, I am attaching the photos of the surprise. You can come and stay with peace of mind. In terms of price performance, you can include this place among your choices for your Rome vacation. Thank you to the hotel management for everything.

Cons: We didn't like that we had to leave the hotel early because we had to start work.

Pros: La ubicación fenomenal. Autobuses y tranvía con paradas a 2 minutos andando del piso para llegar al centro de Roma y otros sitios de interes artístico y cultural.

Cons: Lo único ha sido la falta del ascensor porque teníamos dos maletas bastante grandes y pesadas, y el piso está en la tercera planta.

Udoban smještaj, na dobroj lokaciji

Pros: Lokacija je izvrsna — uz tramvaj i autobus vrlo se brzo stiže do svih važnih tačaka u gradu, uključujući i metro. Zajednička kuhinja je odlično opremljena, gotovo kao kod kuće, tako da smo imali sve što nam je bilo potrebno. Domaćini su bili izuzetno ljubazni i čak su nam obezbijedili kafu za vrijeme našeg boravka, što je bio divan gest.

Cons: Smještaj je uredan i na dobroj lokaciji, ali zvučna izolacija je slaba. Jedno jutro me probudila buka iz susjedne sobe dok se gost tuširao, što me prilično uplašilo. Sve ostalo je bilo u redu, ali izolacija definitivno treba poboljšanje.
