Pros: Very communicative and kind personal and Kitchen with full of stuffs which was also clean and allowed to shared use

Cons: Only bed sheets, it was very uncomfortable to sleep with them. I would like to recommend change them to one full sheet which can cover whole blanket in order to use 2 sheets like a sandwich

Pros: It is one of the most economical options among other hotels around the location. We didn't face any negative attitude from the workers. Moreover, the entering system is very easy although it first seems complicated.

Cons: Whenever we used the toilet, after flushing it sounded awkward as pulling water from a pump, also the flush system is not sufficient to pump water to the toilet (imagine you need to press the syphon button for 10 times sequentially).

Pros: Friendly and attentive staff. They assisted me in a challenging situation. Please be mindful of your belongings when outdoors—there are many thieves in Rome.

Value for money

Pros: Very friendly staff. By tram you could easily reach apartment from railway station and Colosseum. Conditioner save our life :)

Cons: Do not be surprised that you should share kitchen with others. For us this wasn't a problem, but it could differs from people to people.

Excellent spacious stay, helpful staff

Pros: Communication with me on information and check in process, flexibility to adjust when I realised I was arriving late and had to do a self check in, with helpful instructions. Room is spacious.

Cons: Pillows were alittle soft but still very comfortable.

Pros: Great location in the heart of multicultural and activist Saint Lorenzo quarter . In front of a bus/tramway station with services running late . Common kitchen with confortable dining table . Supermarket one block away . A free ice cream in the best Gellateria of that part of town . Nice helpful staff . Easy access

Cons: Linen really needs to be replaced. Sheets are clean but yellowish and stained . The only reason not to give this hotel a 10/10

Inexpensive and practical

Pros: The location was perfect for us, as we were visiting someone in the San Lorenzo district. In general, it’s a great area for young people – with lots of bars and a lively, youthful atmosphere. At the same time, the proximity to Termini Station is very convenient for exploring the city further.

Cons: The beds were quite saggy and felt more like camp beds – with thin mattresses and a metal slatted base. We only stayed one night, as I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep in such a bed for much longer. There surely is room for improvement there.

Pros: The location is great. With the tram, you can easily get into the touristic spots in city center but enjoy the quietness back to the room. There is a nice cafe to have breakfast just downstairs, and a few nice tratorrias / mini marts to buy groceries. The room is simple, basic and clean. We were surprised that there is daily room service! We didn't meet the owner due to late arrival, but the communication is smooth and timely for self check-in.

Cons: The shower water pressure is a bit low, and toilet flush is a bit weak as well. All in all no major issues, you get what you paid for 😄
