Great stay at Via Monserrato

Pros: Location is fantastic. 15min walk to almost every landmark.Sound proofing is great.

Cons: Upstairs bed is a challenge for taller people.Aircon struggles to cool the apartment.

Pros: The location was good, the facilities were very good, it had everything we needed, it was very clean, the area was not noisy at night. The instructions etc were good, and the hosts were very responsive.

Absolutely perfect.

Pros: The location was perfect, so many lovely cafes, restaurants and shops are right outside. It was only a short walk to all of the main tourist spots too! The apartment itself is gorgeous, everything has been thought about and there were fresh flowers in vases that had been left for our stay which was a lovely touch! Ekaterina was a great host and was there for us if we needed anything and made the checking in and out process completely seamless. Having a balcony was also lovely, we would sit out there and drink our morning coffee! Absolutely loved it and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Rome!

Cons: As the ceilings are so high it tended to be warmer upstairs and a little cooler downstairs where the sofa is - could maybe do with a portable heater for the colder months, but this isn’t completely necessary!

Pros: Tökéletes helyszín, közel a főbb látnivalókhoz. Remek hangulatú, igényes, jól felszerelt lakás, nagyon ajànlom.

Not as advertised…overpriced for the accommodations.

Pros: It did have a balcony facing the street and the bathroom and kitchen were good and the air conditioner worked.

Cons: We had to carry our suitcases up about 30 steps with no light in the hallway. The sleeping area was laughable unless you were 4 feet or under you couldn’t stand up because the ceiling was so low. It’s a good thing. There was a pull out couch. Otherwise we would not have been able to stay there. We had to pull it out and make up the bed which was exhausting after a long trip. We never saw a person on the property and after some texting back-and-forth, they just stopped responding. There was a layer of dust on the shelves with dishes.

Pros: Schönes, geräumiges Appartement. Für uns war das Bett im Halbstock (auch wenn man dort nicht aufrecht stehen kann) sehr gemütlich und auch für August nicht zu heiß. Sehr zuvorkommende und gut organisierte Kommunikation. Tolle Lage, abends trotzdem ruhig. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Bäckerei, nette Bar und authentisches Restaurant nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.

Quiet, perfect location, and staff was very accommodating for an early check in.

Pros: Very centrally located, excellent food and gelato steps from the door. The apartment felt spacious, it was clean & well stocked for the week.

Cons: Honestly, the only thing I thought it could use is some end tables/night stands, or another bookshelf. We had to cram all of our toiletries onto the shelf unit next to the refrigerator.

Pros: Потрясающая квартира, с удобным расположением, где нет толп туристов и не шумно, при этом до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. В квартире было все необходимое для комфортного проживания, очень чисто, продумано все до мелочей, инструкция как пользоваться квартирой и вся необходимая информация для пребывания в городе. Хозяева были очень дружелюбны и отзывчивы, всегда на связи и отвечали на все вопросы.

Pros: We loved this property! The location was amazing! We stayed here with my two boys. The boys loved the loft area.
