Perfect :)

Pros: Great location, easy to get to the metro and bus routes. Approx 15-20 min walk to the Trevi Fountain. Supermarket around the corner and restaurants/bars located within a few minutes. The room was nice, spacious and clean. It was a bit cold/cloudy during my stay in January but I’m sure the terrace is lovely in the warmer months.

Cons: I personally had no issues with the check in process, I can however understand some people would prefer a reception/staff to greet you.

Great stay, excellent location.

Pros: The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable and overall it was a very well maintained room. The location is also excellent, situated about 40 minutes by foot from most major attractions, 5 minutes from the main road, and an even closer walk to the underground system and a lovely park. An abundance of shops and cafes in the area as well.

Cons: The check in process online was fine, however accessing the property itself with the digital key at the front gate was a bit tricky but we got there in the end. The walls aren’t thin but when people in the other rooms or communal area talk loudly you can hear quite a lot of it.

Cons: Quite a game to get into the rooms with special lockers, digital keys and what not. Once through, it worked well for the rest of the stay

Cozy stay with breakfast in a good location

Pros: Breakfast was excelent. Wifi worked well. There was a cattle in the room. It felt safe. The ladies serving breakfast were friendly. The bed was pretty comfortable. The location was good, if you like walking, you can reach all the attractions on foot.

Cons: It was tricky to get in the building the first time beacuse we did not get the instructions beforehand. So there was some confusion at the beginning. The flush for the toilet was not working well. The rooms were cleaned every day, but they did not change the towels. Since we were staying 5 days it would be nice if they changed them at least once during our stay (maybe they would if we asked specifically, which we did not).

Breakfast and location are exceptional

Pros: The breakfast was amazing and the staff so lovely. Air conditioning. Although street noise during day was loud, it was dead quiet at night so I slept so well.

Cons: Bed became uncomfortable after a few nights.

Pros: Very well, modern and the biggest value - AC! we had stay in Rome during heat wave, so was super happy for my selection to stay in this apartament! Breakfast - excelent! Custom made for each family member! We felt like guest at someones home. Great location - close to oldtown and main Rome must see places. Host was super helpful and gave a lot of tips dor or next trip to Amalfi. In comments i can see that its difficult to get in, but if you read carefully guidelines, all is good!

Simply great! Will return for more!

Pros: Security - It is definitely an important feature to mention. 2 passwords (floor and room itself) and 2 keys (area entrance and building entrance), at first seemed excessive, but made total sense later on! Staff - They more or less speak English and definitely try their best to accommodate every need a guest may have. Manager/Host himself speaks nearly perfect English, which made check-in/check-out process a breeze! Location - Pure perfection, several hundred meters away from 3 main streets for easy access to all key parts of Rome. Comfort - Air conditioning is top-notch! Easy to control/manage and works like a Swiss clock! Terrace was also great, helped to relax after a busy day of sightseeing with nice beverages in comforting environment. Breakfast - Very comforting (nice, but a little heavy scrambled egg) with meats, cheeses and veggie platter, but my personal favourites were cup of cappuccino and 2x chocolate croissants!

Cons: Although restroom was equipped with bide (which was great) as well as regular toilet, there was a small issue with toilet “buttons” getting stuck and constantly leaking water, but nothing major, just click button a few more times to reset them and all good (or remove the panel cover and pull them a bit (faster)). It’s the only small issue we encountered with the property ;)

Pros: Breakfast is superb, better than at some luxury hotels Room is sound proof Airconditioning works well Great value for money

Cons: Beds and especially pillows are very hard, hurting the neck while sleeping The communication through WhatsApp feels distant and unwelcoming Mobile keys don’t work, so check-in was stressful, especially if you arrive late. As soon as you have the normal keys it’s fine.
