Excellent service and good location

Pros: It was very close to the metro shops and restaurants and reasonable walking distance to sights

Cons: There was no hot water for two days . The bed had not been cleaned underneath in either room we stayed as the missing remote battery was found there and dust

Pros: The location was excellent – very close to Piazza del Popolo. It's about a 48-minute walk from the hotel to the Colosseum. The host was very kind and welcoming.

Cons: The only issue we had was that the exterior of the building is currently under renovation, so it wasn't really possible to open the window. There were scaffolds outside, and the view was completely blocked.

Pros: Location was good. Really walkable to most major sights. Staff were lovely. Rooms a good size and clean enough

Cons: Not very good amenities. Rooms could have done with a kettle or coffee machine and cups to make drinks. Would advise eating in different areas as I didn’t rate most of the restaurants in the area but that’s obviously not the fault of the hotel.

Pros: The room was comfortable, clean and the location was superb 🙂

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have a large mirror (body mirror) and also no coffee machine or a kettle, but the rest all good 😊

Pros: Very comfortable! The room was clean and well appointed. There is also a small freezer in the room for drinks or food.Everything was clean and the heating was good.

Cons: There may be a little noise as it is right next to the main road.

Cons: A little tricky to find at first. No sign outside and no kitchen, not even a kettle which was a shame. Small fridge in room helped
