Great location and room.

Pros: Great location right by the Piazza del Popolo. Good size room, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, all practically new. Forget the earlier towel comments, big fluffy towels now. Separate communal space with tables and coffee machine. Easy access right in front of the metro station Flaminio. Nice, welcoming owner. Just around the corner where the tram stops is Eden a pistacchio paradise, further down the street is bar Goody a good place for an apero and then for a great Roman dinner a bit further down is Sud vino & cucina. Went there because of the great reviews and can hugely recommend them, we went there twice. Really friendly staff, nice wines and great food.

Pros: Location, out of the busy tourist area, but easy to walk in. Near the beautiful park, great to spend an hour or so there. Near a metro station. Near little bistro around the corner. Best of all, near the Piazza Popolo, lovely Italian places to eat, not too busy, bars, and near the Spanish Steps, and Da Vinci exhibition. Near River. The owner of the property couldn't have been more accommodating and was fine when we were late, he also let us keep our rooms for longer on the last day, without us asking. Very nice rooms. He was easily contacted and answered quickly.

Cosy and friendly in the city centre

Pros: Such a comfy bed, great sheets and pillows and an extra cosy duvet in the wardrobe in case you want it too. Great iron I could use and the host was beyond helpful when my flight was delayed and I arrived very late at night. Good curtains and I slept really well in spite of being right in the centre and opposite a metro station. Very convenient location.

Pros: I would like to thank Andrea for his hospitality, the room exceeded all expectations, it was very clean and modern. The owner helped with the organization of a transfer from the airport, which was cheaper and more comfortable than a taxi, after which he personally met us! The location of the apartment is great, it was close to all key places on foot (up to 15 minutes), as well as opposite the exit was the entrance to the subway, from where you can leave for the Colosseum or the Vatican in just 5-10 minutes! Andrea suggested the best restaurants and events that took place around our place of stay and was always in touch. We will definitely come back again.

Pros: The location was great, easy access to metro but not too far of a walk to monuments. Staff were so helpful and the host was always available to answer a message when needed. The place was spacious and clean and had all amenities needed! Highly recommend
