Appartamento pulito, organizzato, ristrutturato da poco, centralissimo

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, servizi ottimi con lavastoviglie e microonde, accogliente, organizzato, pulito, tre bagni nuovi, posizione spettacolare (al centro e vicino la metro)

Cons: Una piccolezza: per un appartamento così organizzato la macchinetta del caffe con le cialde sarebbe stata molto gradita.

Pros: Ótima para grupos, a casa dá para 11 pessoas, espaçosa e muito agradável.

Hevorragende Lage und guter Service

Pros: Sehr schönes Apartment in kurzer Distanz zu den Vatikanischen Museen. Alle wichtigen Dinge vorhanden, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Handtücher sind auch da. Das Apartment ist klimatisiert, schnelles WLAN funktioniert. Die Kommunikation vor Ort erfolgt über WhatsApp, die Übergabe wird persönlich durch einen Mitarbeiter organisiert. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Stellenweise wären kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen fällig, aber nichts dramatisches. Die hervorragende Lage ist natürlich nicht ganz günstig in den deutschen Schulferien.

A spacious apartment for eveyone

Pros: The location is very close to the Vatican and the metro makes it easy to get to the city. The apartment is big and accommodate our group of 9 just fine. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We had no issues with the hot water during our stay. The staff was very welcoming waiting for us at the entrance and showing us around.

Cons: Three are of the four rooms are facing the street which is pretty loud even during the night. We got used to it and it does get more silent after 1 or 2 in the morning but I belive that some people might be bothered by this. One of the rooms does not have a door and altho it does offer some privacy because of how its position it might still be an issue for some.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko metra, super restauracje w okolicy, Apartament ma balkon i jest przestronny, idealny dla grupy

Cons: Jedynym minusem był problem z ciepłą wodą, dla 7 osob niestetety bojler nie nadążał nagrzać, później musieliśmy robić odstępy i czekać aż się woda nagrzeje

Ubicación perfecta, limpieza y comodidad

Pros: Éramos 3 parejas y nos ha encantado el piso. La ubicación perfecta, cerca del metro Ottaviano, con sitios para desayunar, comer y cenar muy cerca. Las camas muy cómodas y el piso estaba muy limpio. El primer día hemos tenido un problema con la caldera. Se rompió un pieza y no salía agua caliente. Era già por la noche quando nos hemos dado cuenta, hemos contactado el proprietario, que nos intentó ayudar de todas las maneras pero al ser tarde ya no se podía hacer nada. El día siguiente a primera hora, envió los técnicos y como no se podía arreglar en el momento, instaló otra caldera nueva para que pudiéramos ducharnos con agua caliente. Mejor atención imposible! Nos ha gustado mucho el sitio, la ubicación y la disponibilidad y rapidez del propietario en arreglar el problema que tuvimos.
