Pros: in the residential part of Rome, with shopping and restaurants nearby, while not overflown by crowds while close to Vatican. pleasant to walk. Nice les Halles (covered farmer produce market) less than 5 mins walk away, not a touristy one. spacious and clean apartment.
Cons: the 2nd bathroom is a bit smallish but manageable

Pros: The apartment is really nice, and big and we have everything we need and the beds are big and nice and comfortable.. the kitchen and dining facilities are excellent.

Perfect large and sunny apartment just near Vatican
Pros: The apartment is large, new, well furnitured, with all needed gadgets and appliances. Great bed with a lot of different pillows, great wooden table, minimalistic design. It is situated on 7th floor, so it was silent considering it is Rome :) that means that you hear street sounds, but much more silent than in many other places. The location's just perfect, San Pietro seen from the balcony, lot of cafes and restaurants. Martina was very responsive, so we had no troubles at all.
Cons: The only thing is water. Trying to catch hot water is not a simple riddle, because when you reach very hot point, and try to add some cold, the water becomes fully cold. And you begin again. People say it is problem of the district. Perhaps in winter it makes vacation awful, but in summer we just made fun of that.

Pros: Lokalizacja byla trafiona, wszedzie blisko, dużo sklepow, wspaniały widok z balkonu na kopułe. Winda w budynku więc nie przeszkadzało nam 7 pietro, wręcz uważam to za plus.
Cons: Jedyny minus to to ze w łazience z wanną ciśnienie wody bylo słabe i ciężko bylo uzyskac mieszana wodę ciepła z zimna, ale łazienka z prysznicem nie miala juz tego problemu.

Komfortowy pobyt w świetnej lokalizacji.
Pros: Świetna lokalizacja na aktywne zwiedzanie Rzymu. Do Watykanu 10 - 15 min spokojnego spaceru. Bardzo blisko metro Ottaviano. Wokół lokale w których za rozsądne pieniądze można się posilić (wg nas ceny były lepsze niż nawet na Zatybrzu/Trastevere). Bezpieczna okolica. Kontakt z Gospodynią bardzo dobry - szybka reakcja na każdą potrzebę. Nic nie zakłócało nam odpoczynku. Mieszkanie wyposażone w sposób odpowiedni. Na pewno będę sprawdzał dostępność tego lokalu przy następnym pobycie w Rzymie.
Cons: nie mam zastrzeżeń

Semplicemente perfetto !
Pros: L' appartamento è molto grande, pulito, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima (metro e bus a pochi metri), vicinissimo a San Pietro. Le stanze sono sono ampie e molto luminose, i letti comodi. Martina è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare e semplici per l'arrivo e la partenza. Consigliatissimo !

Authentic Italian experience! Awesome
Pros: Authentic Italian experience! The property is so comfortable for a family of 4. 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and there's a pull out bed at the living room. The place is really pretty. Kitchen is superb. They have everything from cooking oil, condiments etc. Laundry washer is a plus for a long stay. I got excited when I saw the jacuzzi, only to find out it's not working. Location is the best. I can say we were able to maximize our stay in Rome because we are walking distance to almost everything.
Cons: no clothes dryer or drying rack. I was told to hang the clothes outside the window. It is scary to do that since we are located on the 7th floor. Needs improvement on cleanliness particularly the bathroom. Good thing they have the cleaning materials, that I have to scrub tub. Host offered to have someone clean it the next day.
