Excellent apartment with a truly high standard
Pros: We stayed there as two couples, but the apartment is also perfect for families with children - very spacious, comfortable and with many family-friendly amenities. The apartment was extremely well equipped, with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The interior design is beautiful, stylish and very well maintained. Honestly, for Italy the standard is exceptionally high and really stands out compared to many other places. The location is another big advantage - close to the Vatican and within easy walking distance to the metro, which made getting around Rome very convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and we would absolutely recommend it.

Great apartment, comfy location
Pros: The apartment is brand new and in excellent condition. It has everything you might need for your stay, even if you're traveling with young children. It's very spacious and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, just a 5–10 minute walk from Ottaviano metro station and the Vatican Museums, and there’s a bus stop right outside with direct routes to the city center. An extra bonus is that the area is a bit less touristy than staying around the major landmarks, so you can enjoy a great local vibe during your stay. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, and wine bars nearby. We were genuinely impressed to find such a modern, comfortable apartment in such an old city.
Cons: Communication with the owner might be tricky as they operate daily until 2.30pm (local time) and not on Sundays, but in general that didn't cause any problems.

Comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended.
Pros: The stay was very comfortable overall. The mattress was excellent, and the bedding quality was outstanding. The furniture is new and modern, creating a pleasant and well-maintained atmosphere. The kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware were complete and of good quality, and the laundry facilities were practical and functional. Despite the area being somewhat noisy, the acoustic insulation worked very well. The online self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the space is particularly practical for families traveling with young children.
Cons: Some small details could enhance the experience. The kitchen lacked basic pantry items such as salt, olive oil, salad seasoning, and coffee (even just basic black coffee would be sufficient). Additionally, the heating system was not clearly explained, and the shower water temperature fluctuated at times, occasionally becoming cold during use. These are minor issues, but addressing them would significantly improve the overall stay.

Cons: Echamos en falta una bayeta de cocina, algunas servilletas y alguna cápsula de café, pero por lo demás todo de 10.

Якщо врахують та виправлять ці незручності то супер!
Pros: Ця квартира добра і чиста,все зручно,розташування супер.Під дверима автобусна зупинка,поруч магазини,кафе,аптеки
Cons: На початку нам довелося чекати 1,5 години поки нас впустять ,хоча ми вказали час прибуття і помешкання його підтвердило!Потім у нас пропало світло і коли ми телефонували і писали нам ніхто не допоміг.Зв’язку прямого з керуючим немає,відповідають тільки з 9:30 до 14:30,потім як хочете так і … В нашому випадку допоміг сусід з квартири напроти ,йому велике дякую!!!

Pros: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Ακριβώς απ' έξω περνάει λεωφορείο και πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεται ο σταθμός μετρό Otaviano και το Βατικανό. Έχει κοντά σούπερ μάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο για ολόκληρη την οικογένεια. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με την διεύθυνση.Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά.
Cons: Όλα ήταν υπέροχα
