Excellent place, very comfortable, nice and clean. Excellent location.

Pros: Very good location, near Ottaviano metro station, 20 min walk from bus stop to an Airport. Excellent small restaurant with delicious food on the same road (Il Colibri). Lots of shops nearby. The property is very nice, clean and have everything what is needed. There is even some coffee, tea, sugar and salt. Communication with the host is excellent. Easy self check in (all clear instructions was given before our arrival).

A perfect place to rest after a full day of exploring Rome.

Pros: Comfortable bed, very clean throughout, strong AC, on a quiet street yet very close to many options for mass transit, restaurants and shops. The check-in and check-out process was simple. The host was very responsive and helpful!

Pros: It was very close to the metro station and to the Vatican. There were a lot of restaurants and shopping areas around the location. The host was very nice and the apartment was great.

Perfect base to explore Rome.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this property in Rome! It was excellent value for money - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk to the Vatican and literally steps away from Ottaviano metro station, which made it so easy to reach all the major sights in the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of great restaurants right around the corner - authentic, delicious, and not overly touristy. Everything about the stay was smooth and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Perfect place to stay in Rome with everything nearby.

Pros: Perfect Location. Near to the Vatican and 25 Min from the Metro to all the famous locations in Rome. We loved it. The room was clean and big. The kitchen was good with a coffee machine and pods. The area was quiet and nice. And 4 min walk to the nearest metro station. AC was working great.

Cons: Nothing.

Lovely apartment, great location very close to the Vatican, covered in scaffolding currently & workers busy working

Pros: Size was great, all the amenities to make it home from home should we wish, comfortable, clean and easy to access everything we needed be that shops, restaurants or the metro, tram or electric bikes to get about the city.

Cons: The exterior of the property is being re-painted/renovated & has scaffolding up across the entire front & part of the back over looking the court yard of the building, this meant we were unable to use the small balcony as we had planned. This was disappointing and not as we expected, I feel like we should have been informed of this fact prior to paying the final balance. The owner Marco did let me know a day before we arrived but by this point we couldn’t make a change to the booking, Apart from the scaffolding marco was great at communicating & access to the property was straightforward.

Pros: It all - perfect location (close to transport links, the Vatican and food), a well organised clean space that allowed for the ability to do washing! It had everything we needed and we felt comfortable.

Excelente localização + Muito bem equipado

Pros: A cozinha muito bem equipada, a casa de banho nova e muito funcional com maquina de lavar roupa e detergente. A cama era confortável. Excelente localização a 6 min do museu do vaticano e a 10 min da basílica de São Pedro. Ideal para duas pessoas, dá para ir a pé para todo o lado.

Pros: Много добро местоположение в близост до станция на метро. Също така в близост до църквата св. Петър. Наоколо има много магазинчета, заведения за хранене и аптеки. Компактен и удобен апартамент, разположен на първи етаж. Не се налага катерене по стълби или ползване на асансьор.

Cons: Преди 2 години бях гост на същия апартамент и тогава бях очарована от начина на комуникация с домакина.Всичко беше точно и ясно без излишно да бъда притеснявана. В жилището не липсваше нищо. Сегашното ми посещение ме разочарова, защото новата домакиня вместо наведнъж да напише условията, се наложи да ме притесни относно неща, които са описани в booking.com. Кухненски съдове не липсваха с изключение на това, че имаше само 3 чаши за вода и един нож, който не реже.

Egy jó választás

Pros: A szállás lokációja kiváló, az apartmanban minden lényeges felszerelés megtalálható. A házigazdával akadálymentes volt a kommunikáció és az kulcsok átadása.

Cons: Lényegében minden rendben volt. Tél lévén rendben van, hogy nincs meleg a lakásban, csak mi vagyunk elkényelmesedve.
