Fantastic experience, highly recommend.

Pros: Everything. This was a highlight of our two weeks in Italy. The apartment was very nice, very clean and in an excellent location. Highly recommend. And the owner Fabio was so kind and generous. He even surprised us by dropping off fresh pastries one morning.

Pros: Our stay in Rome was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for 7 nights and our hosts, Fabio and his wife, proved to be exceptionally hospitable and remarkable people. We truly thank them for everything! Their generosity exceeded all expectations. The accommodation was fully equipped with everything a guest needs—from cleaning supplies to abundant food items. One of the most impressive points was the hot water: we had a 24-hour supply, four people took a shower one after the other, and the water was still hot! Also, the heating operated during specific hours, keeping the apartment very warm throughout the day. Furthermore, it was festively decorated, adding a wonderful touch. Regarding the location, it is excellent! We managed to tour all of Rome on foot. The area is full of stylish cafes, restaurants, and shops, offering endless options for spending the day. It is clean, full of life, yet at the same time quiet and very safe. I unreservedly recommend this accommodation! It is truly super!

Pros: Posizione comodissima attaccato alla metro Ottaviano,Pulizia eccellente ,tante piccole accortezze x il cliente da cialde caffè tisane acqua succhi ecc. Biancheria da bagno in abbondanza .fabio e la moglie gentilissimi e disponibilissimi x ogni richiesta. Dal check in anticipato addirittura visto c'è c era la possibilità non avendo clienti nell immediato ci han lasciato le chiavi fino alle 13 .

Wspaniały pobyt w super apartamencie !

Pros: Świetny apartament! Przestronny, czysty, zadbany i cieplutki, co było dla nas ważne, bo w Rzymie byliśmy w styczniu. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, jest czajnik, ekspres do kawy + kapsułki, mikrofala, a w łazience kosmetyki i porządna suszarka do włosów. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bliziutko metro, a w pobliżu sklepy oraz dużo restauracji i kafejek z przystępnymi cenami. A do tego wszystkiego sympatyczny właściciel, Fabio, bardzo gościnny i chętny do pomocy, szybko reagował na każde pytanie czy prośbę. Najlepszy serwis ze strony właściciela z jakim spotkaliśmy się do tej pory. Jeśli kiedyś wrócimy do Rzymu to bardzo chętnie skorzystamy z tego apartamentu. To był bardzo udany pobyt :) Polecamy !!!!

Pros: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Apartment. Lage top, Ausstattung und alles andere ebenso. Fabio ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der stets alle Wünsche erfüllt. 100% Weiterempfehlung!
