Modern and clean apartment by Ottaviano metro
Pros: The apartment itself is excellent, comfortable beds, practical kitchen with necessary accessories, everything modern and clean. Located next to Ottaviano metro station and a number of bus stops, easy to get to the other side of the river. We found a number of nice restaurants just one or two blocks away. Vincinity to Vatican goes without saying. Could have given a 9, but....
Cons: ... there were too many glitches and disturbances: - we ran out of warm water after one night and this wasn't fixed, something with the boiler -both AC units were occasionally annoyingly noisy (yes, it was a super warm period, but anyway...) -the host (company) could easily supply a small amount of detergent, dish washer tablets, salt... those who do get 9+

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and nice place to stay!
Pros: I stayed at Casa Martini in Rome for my holiday and overall had a really good experience. The location was great, the facilities were nice, everything was clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful.
Cons: The sofa bed was set up right in the middle of the living room, so there wasn’t really enough space to move around comfortably. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it made the space feel a bit cramped. In addition, the apartment was very clean, but the bedspread was dirty.

Very good position to visit Vatican and Very close to Ottaviano metro station
Pros: Host was very responsive, the cleaning staff left the keys elsewhere, so we had to get in touch to find them. But the host was very responsive and supportive so all went well.
Cons: Have a digital locker for the keys

Ottimo soggiorno in centro a Roma
Pros: Suite confortevole pulita e ben organizzata, posizione eccellente, il Vaticano è dietro l’angolo, ed in 10 minuti si arriva in Piazza del Popolo. Stanza silenziosa grazie ai doppi vetri. Stazione della Metro di fronte a casa. Straconsigliato!

Piuttosto confortevole rumori a parte
Pros: Pulizia impeccabile, casa comoda per una famiglia dato che ci sono i due ambienti.
Cons: Mancano degli attaccapanni per le giacche, la cosa più fastidiosa è il rumore della caldaia. Essendo un primo piano anche i rumori della strada ci hanno svegliato di notte. Nel complesso comunque tutto ok

Pros: Чудесно местоположение -на крачка от метростанцията и от Ватикана. Наоколо има всичко-магазини,ресторанти, кафенета. Лесно настаняване и напускане. Апартаментът е чист и хубав.
Cons: Диванът не е удобен за спане. Няма закачалки в банята и няма къде да си оставиш хавлията. Няма шкаф за дрехи и трябва да ги оставяш върху столовете за хранене или да стоят в куфарите. Климатиците са много шумни, а в един момент спряха и да работят.

Pros: Konumu çok iyiydi. Yeterli büyüklükte ve güzel bir sokağa bakıyor.
Cons: Salonda tv yok. Çekyat açıldığında salon çok küçülüyor. Dairenin katına asansör olmadığı için bavulları taşımak gerekiyor.

Pros: Lokacija, kvart, blizina metroa i busa. Čista posteljina i ručnici i udoban krevet.
Cons: Platili smo čišćenje 90 eur unaprijed a bilo je dlaka i kose po kupatilu (na wc daski, na umivaoniku, na šalici za četkice za zube), pribor za jelo morali smo ga još jednom oprati. U kopaonici nije bilo vješalica za ručnike. U sobi nije bilo mjesta za odložiti odjeću, ni vješalica ni polica ni ormara ni stolice. Jedini ormar nalazi se u uskom hodniku a on je preput je stvarima koje služe osoblju za spremanje stana tako da ni tamo nije bilo mjesta za odložiti naše stvari. Sve smo morali držati u kuferima koji su morali bili po podu jer nije bilo drugog mjesta. Ključ nas je dočekao na neadekvatnom mjestu (pljesniva i prljava niša kod ulaza sa cijevima i instalacijama). Ugradbeni hladnjak nije pričvršćen za element kuhinje pa se svakim otvaranjem pomiče, nesigurno je i može pasti, a nisi ni siguran da je svaki put zatvoren.

Cons: Por poner una pega creo que falta algún espejo más grande pq solo hay uno en el cuarto de baño y a la hora de arreglarnos para salir lo echábamos en falta . Yo pondría uno en la entrada que hay espacio de sobra ,lo dejo como sugerencia . Lo demás todo genial !!

Ubicación excelente
Pros: Excelente ubicación y las instalaciones dentro del apartamento muy buenas.
Cons: No estaba en funcionamiento el ascensor del edificio.
