Perfect clean, and the location

Pros: We must give special praise to the cleanliness, which we value greatly. The house is very well organized and impeccably clean. The combination of old furniture and modern decor is harmonious. You will find everything you need, including a washing machine with detergent, a complete kitchen with utensils and seasonings, air conditioning, and an elevator. The location is excellent, with nearby metro and tram stops (though some are under renovation for next year's Jubilee). It’s perfect for early risers, as you can easily walk to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, avoiding the queues. The host, Kai, was very welcoming and speaks multiple languages fluently. She treated us as Asian with great respect. Overall, this was a rare and delightful experience in Italy, and we're glad we chose to stay here.

Cons: The hot water supply was a bit inconsistent, but everything else was excellent.

Perfect, absolutely perfect, and I'm a nitpicker.

Pros: Apartment was fantastic, very charming and fitting to the neighborhood and the mood of the trip. Hosts (Emmanuel and his wife) were extremely helpful and hospitable. Case in point, water heater quit late on a Saturday night. Emmanuel responded immediately via chat. Fix wasn't simple. He and his wife were there the next morning, a Sunday, and he contacted a friend by phone for help. Problem was beyond anything less than a professional. Emmanuel had a professional plumber in there the next morning early, a Monday. Who gets a plumber to show up with two hours notice??, laugh. Water heater got fixed. The measure of a person, company, country, etc... is always evident in how well they handle things when things go wrong. Emmanuel and wife were absolutely superb, cannot recommend the apartment nor the host any higher, they were perfect. If I have occasion to return to Rome, I'll be looking to stay in this apartment again. Thanks Emmanuel, you were great!! Patrick

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Romaufenthalt

Pros: Diese Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch ihre Größe, ihre reichliche Ausstattung und durch ihre gute Lage aus. Die Metro und der Vatikan mit seinen Museen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Von besonders empfohlenen Restaurants lagen Visitenkarten auf. Einige davon besuchten wir und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Eigentümer des Apartments ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns dort sehr wohl fühlten.

Lo recomiendo muchisimo

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta. Al lado del Vaticano. Mejor imposible. Emanuele el dueño excepcional. Súper atento y nos dejó dejar las maletas el último día para q diéramos el paseo previsto y después pasar a recogerlas para ir al aeropuerto. Todo genial.

Cons: Me encantó todo. No hay peros. Excepcional.

Pros: Apartament był dobrze wyposażony. Były w nim , zmywarka, pralka,żelazko,lodówka, oraz klimatyzacja które przydały się bardzo podczas pobytu.

Cons: Kabina prysznicowa było lekko brudna ale to nie przeszkadzało w użytkowaniu

Все замечательно. Встретили передали ключи , при отъезде бесконтактно выезжали. Апартаменты всем оборудованы. Очень чист
