Pros: Modern, nice bathroom, excellent shared facilities, very quiet, the owner is very accommodating allowing early check in

Cons: Stained sheets, pillows not good, toilet paper not replenished

A well furnished, comfortable property with great communication from the hosts.

Pros: The room was exactly as advertised; modern, clean, well equipped.

Cons: It was a little further from the station as anticipated but once we’d found our way, the walk became quicker and easier. The neighbourhood can appear daunting if you arrive at a time when everything is shut, particularly due to the huge amounts of graffiti, however, once the shops and cafes are open, it’s actually a friendly and vibrant place with some very reasonably priced coffee bars to stop in to break up the walk. We were there with our two children and didn’t feel unsafe at all. Occasionally they were too tired to do the walk after a long day of sightseeing so we took an Uber, which was surprisingly reasonably priced.

Pros: The owner is really very kind, the room is very clean, and everything is brand new. The kitchen is really great! I highly recommend this hotel

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at flatinrome.it! The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center. The rooms were spotless, and it was clear that the property was well-maintained – not brand new, but clean and in great shape. The hosts were incredibly kind and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everything was functional, and the atmosphere was both cozy and stylish. We were overall very satisfied and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

Pros: Przyzwoite warunki pobytu, wygodne łóżka, ładne łazienki, niezłe wyposażenie.

Cons: Dość skomplikowany system dostępu do obiektu i zameldowania on-line ale to chyba jakiś wymóg we Włoszech. Przy pobycie 4 osób w jednym pokoju przydałoby się więcej niż jedna karta dostępu, trzy szklanki czy dwie rolki papieru toaletowego. Niemniej jednak wszelkie problemy udało się sprawnie rozwiązać dzięki szybkiej reakcji personelu.

It was an unforgettable stay!

Pros: The location was close to a tram stop and so we could get around quite easily. Lorenzo, the manager was very kind from the start. The system had accidentally reverted my booking from a party of 4 to a party of 2 during reservation and I was worried that this will incur additional charges. However, all was resolved smoothly by Lorenzo. We were also able to check in early as the room was available upon arrival and there was a storage facility to leave our bags.

Cons: Fresh towels to replace our used ones and tissue rolls replenished during our long stay would have been welcomed.

Pros: It was very very clean. The bed was very comfortable and big.

Cons: Everything was good.

Estancia muy cómoda y full equipada

Pros: Me gustó mucho el método de check-in y check-out a través de la plataforma que utilizan, todo muy automatizado y de fácil acceso con el teléfono! Me gustó que a pesar de estar en un lugar con cocina compartida, se respetan los espacios y la privacidad en las habitaciones. Me gustó también que las ventanas fuesen insonoras, por lo que no se escuchaba nada del ruido de la calle. Lo único que podías escuchar era si alguien hablaba cerca de la habitación, pero nada que incomodara. Siento que estaba muy bien equipado, la cama y la almohada muy cómoda, toallas suficientes y espacios dedicados para guardar el equipaje y la ropa. Me gustó también que hubiera lavadora y que la cocina estuviese full equipada con todo lo necesario.

Cons: De toda mi estancia, solo 1 vez usé la llave para la puerta de la entrada al edificio ya que casi siempre estuvo abierta (le ponían un extintor en la puerta para evitar que se cerrara). Y no sé si es porque habían reparaciones o mucha gente entrando y saliendo, pero al momento del check-in fue un poco raro que el acceso al edificio estuviera tan libre.

Un sitio increíble y limpio esta ubicado en pleno centro cerca de todos los sitios.

Pros: El sitio es muy limpio y ordenado, estuvieron siempre pendientes de nuestra comodidad o si necesitábamos algo.

Cons: En realidad todo estuvo muy bien, incluso todo estaba muy cerca.
