Great apartment for an amazing trip to Rome

Pros: Central located apartment and very friendly and welcoming staff!

Cons: Couldn’t let the window open at night because of the Moskitos

Good place to stay in central Rome. Especially the patio is a great reason to stay there.

Pros: It is a short walk to Termini station and in a quiet street. Rowena is great and was quick to answer any questions we had. We stayed in the studio and had a big patio. It was and had a good size kitchen.

Cons: Our upstairs neighbours were up early and moved the chairs around quite a bit, which woke us up. This can easily be fixed by putting some felt under the chair legs.

Pros: Clean and nice apartment. Rowena id friendly and approachable. The place is great for groups

Pros: The apartment was bigger than expected and convenient for someone with wheelchair assistance. Unfortunately we couldn't stay for longer which we would have liked. It had a lovely kitchen with 2 baths and a sitting space in balcony. Good vibes of the place. There was a lovely and cosy restaurant 5 minutes walk from this place where we experience some authentic Italian food which was lovely. Suggest this place for someone who wants to stay for longer and looking for a whole apartment with amenities.

Cons: Stay was short so no dislikes.

Decent home stay near Roma Termini

Pros: The place is great. It's spacious with two rooms. There's a bed in one room which has bathroom and kitchen attached. Another room has sofa, TV and a dining table. The balcony is great and spacious. There's a very slow lift which opens in the room. The place is 10-15 mins walking from Roma termini and there is a bus stop 3-4 mins away. Rowena the care taker is sweet and has smiling face. It was great staying at Casa caudi.

Cons: Few things were broken but that's not a deal breaker and it didn't affect anything. Lift is very slow but again manageable.

Rowina abc casa Caudì is a must if you want your accommodation to be top

Pros: First of all the guess rowina is amazing Such a kind person The room itself is great And the balcony Well that’s just amazing

Cons: The room with an AC would be better than any 5 star hotel During summer Rome is hot

Overall we had a good time at that studio.

Pros: The apartment is near the central railway station in a very quite street, the host is quite friendly and helpful. For the money is relatively a good value. Offers snacks, coffee and other drinks as part of the price.

Cons: The studio is actually an attic and not very comfortable due to the low ceiling. No windows, just a top window on the roof. No air-condition, just a ventilator.

A lovely authentic place to stay in Rome.

Pros: The location was great - close to the station and great restaurants. The room was all we needed for our stay and our host was welcoming and accommodating allowing a flexible checkin. It even had a lift!

Pros: Great location, helpful staff (all the best to Rowena) peaceful and perfect terrace

Pros: I stayed in the studio with private terrace which was lovely with high ceilings and an airy kitchen. Very quiet, great location if you want to be close to Termini and the University. Rowena was very helpful and communicated well
