Pros: We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is excellent, only about a 10-minute walk from Termini Station, which made getting around Rome very easy. The room was clean, bright, and well maintained. In the lobby, there is a coffee machine with sweets available for guests at any time, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always willing to accommodate our requests. They also surprised us with a beautiful gesture to celebrate our first trip as a married couple, which made our stay truly special and unforgettable. Highly recommended — we would gladly stay here again.

Pros: Everything was great! I’d say it’s one of few places when the reality is better than pictures. Special thanks for the self check in that was easy to understand so we could check in at 3 am as our flight was delayed. The staff was friendly and provided many good recommendations for places to visit.

Pros: Good location, parking on street in front. Staff is helpful. Nice restaurant outside nearby in neighborhood.

Pros: Good location, not too far from Termini but quieter, safer area. I didn't find it noisy at all bht we stayed on a long weekend, not weekdays. The room was just as on the photos, well equipped with towels, toiletries, a bottle water each, some biscuits and coffee/tea station. Fridge, small safe. The staff was very friendly, helpful and communicative on both Booking and Whatsapp. We only met a lady on the reception once to pay, since we weren't on site much. They cleaned the room/bathroom daily and provided fresh towels every day which was very nice.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Maybe as others mentioned the bed/mattress was a little bit uncomfortable-but given that I often have back pain and this mattress didn't cause any, it's not that bad at all.

Caring staff contributing to an amazing stay!

Pros: Amazing location and super friendly and kind staff! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Thank you for making my time so special before flying back home to Australia. I will definitely stay here again when back in Rome and would highly recommend it to any traveller.

Great place to stay in Rome!

Pros: The room was cleaned every day, very easy check in even in the middle of the night, kettle, coffee and bottled water in the room, quite good location near bus stop and metro (also very close to termini station)

Cons: At night you might be awake by other guests on the corridor or working elevator, but despite that it was very quiet

Pros: Very cozy room, clean and good size. The staff was very good.

Cons: Better view from the window would be much better, because we were looking 5floor building, which was very close to our window and it was always quite dark in our room.

Pros: Host very quick to respond to messages. Very helpful. Easy access to room.

Pros: I didn’t even waited for terrace to outside but got it. Everything was nice and clean. An air conditioner was a lifesaver.
